Man it's incredible the amount of work dedicated to this video. Thank you for showing us the beautiful designs of the models that most of the time goes unnoticed. Your analysis is top tier. PS. Thanks for finally explaining the ratio of return for investment on the Lombards. Non other RUclipsr has explained it like that
+1 on the second part! Knowing the precise resource return was really informative. I wonder how they stack up eco wise in the late game with 5 lombards but just 1 factory.. if you ignore the micro involved in topping up the Lombard’s every few minutes…
This is really an exceptional video. The intro is stunning! Also, the vast amount of insightful information that you present clearly, in a short period of time. I’ll be referring to it often, as I learn the Italian civ. Your pronunciation of the Italian titles seems spot on. Maybe you speak Italian??? I don’t, so you sound very fluent to me. A small thing, but another attribute of this video that makes it really epic. Thanks for your hard work!
Your vidoes are of superb informative value, and I've only found out about your channel today! Bought DLC as soon as I finished with this and Malta video :D Keep up the amazing work my Aoe comrade.
5:00 even better if in age 2 you send that card that gives you a Basilica wagon, and makes Lombardas trickle experience while they are converting resources, at a rate of 0.5 per second, that being said, 30 per minute per Lombarda. It doesn't sound crazy, but having 5 Lombardas working with resources makes you have 150 xp passive generation along with combats, wich is a good income of shipments to keep pushing the enemy 8:30 I don't know if it's more recent, but there is an Age IV card that increases Pavisiers hp and make them stronger as more of them are together (this includes pikemen and halbs) 11:40 I want to mention that Schiavone had become one of my favorite units in the game, they are available at Age II, and are somewhat decent vs heavy infantry (like pavisiers) but are deadly against crossbowman/aennas/skirmishers, wich makes them excellent to break apart your enemie's strategy if you manage to fend off the enemy counterinfantry units with ease, and if you have pikemen/papal guards well... no cavalry will be able to approach you. On the other hand, are expensive for an Age II order, so you have little available early, however you could ship them in Age II with 6 Crabats, wich are decent in combat but highly demanding in space population, that card and the Papal Lancers+1 Stradiot are my favorite cards for Age II, expensive, but highly rewarding
Nice presentation, got know a lot about this civilization features. I love Italy, they are rich of military history and known for their tenacity. Kinda hoping they naming their special cavalry as "Condottiero". I love the unit picture of Papal Guard
Just for clarification. More Lombards will ONLY make the trickle go faster and give you your resources faster. You will get the same amount of resources back, no matter if you have 1 or 5 Lombards.
it's pretty much weel built from an historical pov... even revolutions, even though to understand what italy has to do with brazil, argentina, usa and the pirate state thing you really have to keep in mind the late 19th century migrant routes
I wish to know the context for this video's intro so bad! Without knowing anything, it looks to me like you were either wishing or betting on the addition of a polish civ, and was disappointed that they added Italy instead. If that is so, i think the way you portrayed it was very well done.
But isn’t the return the same it’s just faster? So if I put 600 res in one Lombard it will return 600+bonus res in two other resources.. With one Lombard the return takes 600/2 seconds if I deposit food and 600/3 if I deposit one of the other two.. But then if I have 2 lombards it’s 600/4 or 600/6
Bro, the cinematic experience. Nice :D, How did you add the sky ?? hint: if you don't exactly know the pronounciation, put the word in google/bing translate and hear it :D

An albino? ahahaha your ability to pronounce in commonwealth or US territories is equal to the germans aaahahahahahaha wonderful video, this should be featured despite too speedy speaking into official material. High quality text\transcript. This video is really Top quality information PACKED, PACKED!

Hey guys, this video took me a little longer to make. More videos in all different forms and styles coming sooner now.
This presentation is PERFECT, and that starting animation was so imaginative. Did you record it?
@@kenb2957 ah you're too kind, thank you so much, i'm super happy you enjoyed it. I did record it myself.
hey man, just wondering how u freed the camera like this?
Can you do the other new civs pls? :D
@@lenlenlena1841 Is it true that Italian navy is powerful than British navy in aoe 3 de KOTM? pls answer
you forgot to mention that they can switch teams in team games.
What?
It only works if you're allied with Germans or Japanese.
So good! By far the best summary of Italy i've seen!
the intro was so impresive 🥺😳
Dude your editing has been insane lately
Best aoe3 youtuber for sure now. We love it.

Thank you so much for your words and for making this comment, it means a lot. I appreciate it greatly. (ps I sadly don't speak Italian)
The best intro ever
Its very cool, but those free villages with every upgrade does look extremely OP.
Stuning video as always Len, keep up the good work
This is underrated, you made AOE 3 DE Cinematic, and it’s beautiful
Well done for this video! Really helpful, informative and enjoyable! Love the zoom/cinematic stuff also
the quality of your videos is unreal!
Love your video style, but this one is just a Gem💎👌 greetings from 🇨🇴

You can play around with the editor more and discover more amazing thing that people should see inside the AOE3. Good stuff
Love the cinematics in the start of the video. Some content about scenario editor would be amazing!
I'll 100% upload a video in the future about it.
9:50
This is soooo freaking cool, man.
your content is so creative bro i really love it 🖤🖤
Just for clarification.
More Lombards will ONLY make the trickle go faster and give you your resources faster.
You will get the same amount of resources back, no matter if you have 1 or 5 Lombards.
also is a more efficient (but slow) way to redirect your excess of resources instead of buying/selling in the market
it's pretty much weel built from an historical pov... even revolutions, even though to understand what italy has to do with brazil, argentina, usa and the pirate state thing you really have to keep in mind the late 19th century migrant routes
You’re like the SoTL of AOE III, which we desperately needed.
If you survive till age 3 With italy, its where the fun kicks in for italy
Very good content. Keep it up, friend!
Just follow you.
Excellent video
I hope classic civs get some nice new mechanics for their ships too. Nothing crazy, just some abilities instead of the generic off side attack.
Amazing video!
Thank you so much, a lot more coming!
Just wondering: What are the Italian Royal Guard units?
The Papal Guards have tags like halberdiers. Papal Lancers like Regular Lancers. They are not mercenaries or anything, just standard cav, infantry etc.
IRL we have our version of curassiers 😎
Culv and mortar, I believe.
I love age of empires 3 more and more
Stark gemacht 👍
Bro almost fainted when saying Bersagliere
Straight into business. Less talk much content and info as possible. Best aoe3 de youtuber period
Exactly! Thanks a lot man!
This is a very pleasant and unique way of talking about AOE3 civilizations and tactics! Have a like and sub and a share! :D
how do u get those rocktiles around the town center, did they add similar system of autoconneted roads as in AOE4 ?
The need to remove population cost for the Architect it is not worth it to train some extra now you lose cost of 2 villagers
Im sad you didn't keep making these for more civs
Sounds terribly OP
I wish to know the context for this video's intro so bad!

If that is so, i think the way you portrayed it was very well done.
Hold on. When I invest 300 f in just one Lombard. I get the trickle in all lombards??
Correct. Italy is very rich.
@@lenlenlena1841 oh boi and when I ship the unique Lombard cards. The res will be stored in all lombards?
@@PeterPan-bs8oi Exactly!

It's a great tip, I use it, so I can confirm. I added the sky with photomode day under the lighting presets.

I'm glad my friend, I want to make a full version in the future, perhaps you will enjoy that even more.
Why does Italians have Winged Hussars?
When they will release this DLC? I can't wait to try them!
On the steam page it says 26th of May.

Italian ship can ram,🙀
Brooooooo winged hussars
Wait, am I wrong or in the intro I see a winged hussar?
You do indeed see a winged hussar! They are one of the Minor Civs' units on some of the new European maps (portrayed as great European dynasties!).
@@sneakysimian I still hope to see Poland as independent civilization in AoE3 so when I saw it I was a bit confused and hyped at the same time
@@wolfsbaneart Same here! There's always a chance (look at the Aztecs - they were originally just one of the base game's native units)
Nice
Italy is OP?
Pretty balanced imo. It has op features like many other civs but so far so good.
