Got recommended here by someone on Reddit ..... It's funny how life is right? Anyway I loved this and also how the BG music added to the vibe.

Nice work, looks really high effort!
But it's hard to follow the actual narration. Maybe because of the music? You could try implementing sidechain processing, or choosing a less energetic track. Something feels misdirected. But thats just what I felt, that all is subjective.

Hey man, thank you so much for your comment and feedback!
It definitely took longer than I expected to make. But was fairly happy with it once finished.
I do find balancing music volume quite a challenge in general though. It’s hard to tell when the levels are right. So really appreciate that and will try to find ways to improve this aspect.
      Thanks again 🙏🏾👊🏾

@@ShaneAllenTV I don't think its balancing though! Im guessing that if you had tried making it more quiet, then it felt wrong too, because thats not the problem. Either use something less energetic, middle-range heavy or use lowpass filtering. Overkill would be sidechain as I said, bht I'm gonna guess your software just doesn't have it. Thats what they use on radio and sports broadcasting a lot. You can notice that most documentaries (even on YT) use music that is primarily bass and some high-frequency drums, to not conflict with the voice.
Keep trying! You are clearly imrpoving your skills with each vid.

Oh I get what you mean now. I use Final Cut to edit which does have a low pass filter, but I haven’t seen side chain, so I’ll have to have a look into it to see what it’s about. Will definitely take your advice on board mann. Thank you.
