One element in getting people back into public-facing service and hospitality is to normalize good manners from management and customers.

After working at Hilton Waikoloa Village - I never worked in a place with so much hate from co- workers - managers favorites - 12 to 15 hour work days and pay that is 20 years behind and the rodent problem at the Hilton is off the wall - I would not eat there if you paid me. I'm sure MR. NASSETTA has no problem with these things when your'e making 30 to 40 million a year.

The Magna Carta use to be one of the most inspirational documents of all time. It fostered ideas that eventually lead to emancipation and universal sufferage. The document is meaningless now. If this wasn't the case there would be a North American common migration agreement in place. Hilton has been enclosed. They have nothing in common with workers.

Well, we have realised that as 'disposable muscle force' and that those WE Hired to manage our basic needs (gov.) thinks I will only be allowed to live acording to their (the politicians) whims... Neo-slavery? , not anymore. You (brands and politicians) have pushed me too far.
