Hiking in freezing temperatures | Mailbox Peak Hike | Old Trail

This adventure, I seek out to do a bucket list hike down by North Bend Washington off I90. Its wet, misty and plenty of snow on the top. If you got mail to drop off, better bring it.
The next adventure took me to Mailbox Peak in Washington state. It was a beautiful day for a hike but absolutely freezing up at the top. There was a new mailbox up there since the last one was taken down. I did the old trail, which is a vertical climb to the top versus the switchbacks.
Hiked on February 5th of 2022.
About 5.5 miles round trip and 4,000 ft elevation gain.
I had my microspikes and climbing poles.
