I love your explanation of free radicals. I get it now! I always enjoy knowing the WHY, but I don't usually understand the science. This makes sense!
I'd love to see you include herbs as well. Lemon Balm is a very good free radical oxidizer and you can drink it as a tea or add fresh leaves to your food via salads or smoothies. It's very easy to grow and maintain and its not processed with high heat and preservatives. Plus it smells incredible (if you like lemons 🍋 😊).
Thank you for concisely explaining this. I have heard of free radicals and anti-oxidants, but never really understood the the why about them until this video.

I 100% agree with all of this but I'm able to add ionized water to my diet too which includes antioxidant and hydrogren rich water which fills in all the gaps as well. Hydrogrlen water helps rid free radicals and lowers inflammation. So many health testimonials. Plus our water that is cleared for consumption is full of radicals, plastics and chemicals. I seriously think you would love it too

I checked the link for that supplement - sadly that supplement is not organic. I don’t want to hijack a product sponsor but pure synergy has a lot of organic vitamins with similar ingredients if anyone is interested. Great video though! Always a nice reminder!
My 2 year old is SUPER picky with foods. Doesn't like meat and only likes a select few veggies. Any tips for how I can get him the nutrition he needs? I've made bbq chicken taquitos and he devours those. But I'm gonna need to find more ways than taquitos and tacos.
