Just installed the Geoleap standard hybrid on mine. Got them from one of your past videos and from Amazon for $38.88 for 13. Awesome grips for this rookie. 😂
Big fan of Karma. Have used for years. Less than half the cost of Golf Pride Tour Velvet and just as good IMO. They even sell a new model without the logo so installation is very easy.
Hmmm... You missed the boat, here. I've been installing DiamondTour Golf's DTG Velvet 360s for several years. They cost around $1.50 eaach and have a nice feel, some in std or mid sizes. I sell a lot of used clubs, and these are my standard grips. They last about as well as any cheap grip and have no logo, so they go on very quickly. Try them...
I know that you were referring to grips that you purchase individually, but I got to say I bought a set of Saplize grips and they are very nice. Tacky, soft and very pliable and the price was right,
Royal grips are super underrated. They have one called the classic v, that we carried at Dick’s Sporting Goods when there was a grip shortage during covid. A lot of golfers preferred that grip over similar grips like the Golf Pride Tour Velvet and the Lamkin Crossline.
Always liked Royal grips, affordable and high quality, attractive. I just ordered the link tech non cord version, buy nine get four free from golfworks, originally 3.99, good deal! I've seen those grip one G1 tour x with a red button cap, there max tac grip is actually really good too. Cheapest golf pride grips I've recently bought are the Tour velvet 360 white, just around 5.50 per. These are good things to know considering how much grips cost nowdays!
I play the Karma Tour Velvet, lots of colour options and feel great too. Price, as you mention, is great. I have noticed that they don’t last as long as the Lamkin original, but I change grips often enough to not bother me.
Best golf grip ever was the Lamkin NDur. I bought 3 extra sets before they quit making them. 13 for $30. What a mistake that was. I'm still using the first set after like 8-10 years. I've got at least 300 rounds on them. Warm soapy water to clean them and the tackiness comes right back.
For the price, the Karma grip is impossible to beat. Sure, there are some grips that feel a little better, but there is nothing wrong at all with the Karma.
I've used those Karma Crossline grips for years. They feel slightly bigger than the Lamkin and go on much easier for me. If there is a negative they need to be replaced after about 25 rounds Thanks for including them. Tim
Just got some of the karma grips here in the UK and they're probably closer to 4 bucks but they're okay. If 6 probs still go lamkin crossline if i could get them on a deal
Almost all steel shafts are .600 now. Graphite does have some variation with some thicker butt ends. Usually they only go up to around .610 so probably not worrying too much about.

I agree that the Royal Linktech cord grips are excellent. Good feel and traction.

thats my favourite without the ugly karma logo
I've bought several sets of Karma and Avon Chamois grips and like them both. Chamois oversize is my favorite.
I have royal cord grips now and really love them.

I have been loving the Avon Chamois grip in Jumbo size. Love the brown color. Super soft on hands and I like the reminder rib in the back

Last three grip changes have been the Karma, use the midsize and i've always been satisfied
Recently got some of the royal cords, love them
Great report! I use both the Karma and Royal grips and find them to be excellent quality and very good value.

Got the Karmas from your last video and really liked them.
I've been running some for a while and really like them.

I play TackiMac midsize full cord on everything.

Great review!! Thanks !!
Great video. Just goes to so how many options there is for grips but be interested to find out the life spend on a cheaper grip????
Karma 360 are my new thing right now. I got a 13 pack for less than 30 bucks.
yes, best grip on the market IMO
KNLY 360 are amazing

bit extreme to replace after 15 rounds. I use they and get a full season, easily.
I've been using Karma grips for years, but never had to replace one that early.
@@jooger69 I fat fingered that.... it was supposed to be after 25 rounds

IOMIC STICKY Evolution 2.3 Grips are pretty darn nice.
AJ that chamois grip is £10 in uk we are totally ripped off here keep up the great vids
I keep seeing online that the Royal Link tech’s bigger than standard, like a +2 in the lower hand… are you able to confirm that?
Should link them on the description sonyou can get some amazon revenue
Thanks for the information! Do we need to worry about ID based on shaft other than it maybe affecting hardness

Tacky Macs have been around for a very long time
The newer ones feel way harder than I remember from them back 30 years ago.
Looking for a Pure Pro dupe as they’re out of business
Just put a set of Karma velour on old faithful irons. Played Lamkins before. No difference to me.
This is a little off topic and may be even hard to answer due to some variables. What would you consider the softest feeling iron on the market today?
Mizuno feels extremely soft. Miura also is soft. Srixon ZX7 uses extremely soft metal. My forged Sub70 irons are also using a very soft metal.
@@EFGMC …..Thank you for the reply. I’m going to have to try the Sub70. Read about them but haven’t seen any yet at the local shops or stores.
Could the stats differentiate between grips?
Have you come across a budget grip similar to a Golf Pride CP2 Wrap?
That one is tough to find something with similar firmness.
Really like this grip also but it's almost priced itself out. I switched the the Karma in this video and like it. Different feel but good.
PS - The DTG 360s are .580 round and weigh 48gms (std) or 56gms (mid).
Hi AJ, do any of these come with undersize?
The Chamois and some of the Grip One grips come in undersize.
