  • Today's Pilates practice is just under 30 minutes and focuses on lower body strength and balance. This is both standing balances as well as the balance between your sides. Honor what your body needs today.
    Please be sure to modify it to your own ability and comfort level. Exercise focused on proper alignment and supporting healthy posture can be a powerful tool to help you manage, and in some cases, reverse chronic pain, but it is not a complete substitute for medical care. Please consult your doctor if you have pain to assist you with a successful plan.
