- Demi Lovato visited in-studio with her friend, guest host Ashley Graham, and the pop star talked about sharing her truth in her RUclips docuseries "Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil." She also talked about how exploring her queerness brought joy in her life, and explained why she is “California Sober,” and then got to let out some anger using watermelon therapy.

Only just re watched Ashley and Demi’s chat on the sofas. And a lot of what Demi says resonates with me still. And I’m glad I rewatched it as it will always help me. Help me realise it’s not Just me who struggles with body acceptance and eating problems.

So proud of her for everything she overcame and how honest she is with herself first and foremost and so thankful that she chose to share all this with us. Ugh, I love Demi so much. She's been my role model for 10 years (since I was 14) and I will always love her. Her and her music has helped me with so many struggles in my life where I felt like I wasn't going to make it. Demi deserves to be happy. I love her so much ❤
