They needed all the energy they could get from the crowd here. This was in Yokohama, the second night of two big shows there. Immediately after this performance Babymetal jumped on a plane, flew overnight half way round the world to London, drove half way across England and were on stage again at the Glastonbury festival just after midday. These girls work hard.
"It's a festival, a festival! A spicy summer song! It's a festival, a festival! A crazy summer dance! Make some noise! Make some noise! Make some noise! Yo PA PA YA boys! Do a dance! Do a dance! Do a dance! PA PA PA PA YA girls! PA PA YA! PA PA YA!" Hi DramaSydE! Good reaction! "PA PA YA" is a simple fun summer party song where they use spicy papaya salad as a metaphor. While Su-metal sings about a "spicy summer song" and a "crazy summer dance", Fucking Hero (yes, that's his name) raps in Thai about making papaya salad and going to the pool. F. Hero said he made his rap sound like making papaya salad because you have to keep hitting the papaya. This was recorded on the second day of their Yokohama Arena performances in mid 2019, both days were sold out 20,000 person crowds. This is the studio audio over the performance video though, the music video was released only a couple days after the performance!
If you ever go to a BABYMETAL show, make sure not to forget your towel. You don’t want to be the only person in the whole arena not being part of the party. It’s awesome!
⚡ 💕 / 🌶 🌞 This is a Summer festival party song. Matsuri Da! (It's a festival!) I wasn't aware of him before this collaboration, but F.HERO is a well known rapper in Thailand. His rap was all in Thai. The lyrics in the rap section even mention Som Tam (spicy Thai papaya salad). : ) This one was filmed at Yokohama Arena on the second of two nights, so everyone knew to bring a towel to wave, or to get one from the merch stand before the show started.
You know the one thing I've noticed since Yui leaving... and I think this video was the first time it was overly apparent to me, is how little solo shots there are of the Avengers, be it in this video or the live performances. I mean, I can probably count on one hand how many times Kano got a solo camera shot in this video vs. how many Su and Moa got them. I get BM is "officially" Su and Moa at the moment, but Riho, Momoko, and Kano are all busting their butts up there as well and get little love for it. And it's a shame, because they are all fantastic performers in their own right.
Hello there I’m an ex American is living in japan and I been to mostly all shows in japan for babymetal since 2013 I been a fan since 2010 when they first started also been a fan before babymetal then Su Moa and Yui where in sakura gakuin
It's cool to see the evolution of DramaSydETV's reacts, in the first videos he was impressed, he was enjoying everything, addicting and now he already does the choreography with the girls. Don't worry, Drama, this is the way of addiction for BabyMetal that ALL of us went through !!
Great reaction, thanks! This is a party!!! I use this song to get myself in the right mood just after finishing work... I was going to say "back home" from work, but I'm staying at home all the time, so...
I know this is a 2 year old video but I've been loving your reactions! I'm deep down the fox hole recently! I saw Gimme Chocolate when it first came out and I was fascinated and loved it, but I didn't do a deep dive and sort of unfairly wrote them off as a one trick pony gimmick. Boy .. was I wrong! I still have a ton of their material to listen to so I'm excited! I loved this one for sure, it's awesome seeing our girls all grown up and continuing to kick EVERYONE'S ass!
It is a song about the Green Papaya resort in Thailand. They are singing about having a nice festival with the hot boys and spicy girls and everybody having fun. F.Hero raps about the food they serve there, like papaya salad and fish etc. and about the girls getting their bikinis and jump into the pool. EDIT: You should do a reaction video on Babymetal - Amore ... One of the Su-Metal solo songs ;)
Actually, I love watching you react like that!!....Dancing, singing along, and the wanting to go out and commit random acts of kindness is called 'The BABYMETAL Effect'
I’ve been listening to babymetal since the first day their first album dropped and it’s always so funny seeing people listen to them for the first time. I saw your other ones reactions to them and I’m glad this is your favorite one.
If you haven't seen it yet you need to check out BxMxC by Babymetal. All we have right now is fancams but it's well worth it. It's Su rapping :) Babymetal Live | BxMxC | Hamburg Grosse Freiheit 36 Opening 08.02.20 ruclips.net/video/XF5Uy8m5cIU/видео.html There is a proshot version that was shot early this year. It'll be available off of youtube in about a week but it won't be on youtube for a long time probably.
Ok so this is special you probably know by now that major rockers have had babymetal tour with them and are huge fans but this is epic (its a longer video I hope i got it liked at the time stamp its the last 2 songs) babymetal and rob halford!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ruclips.net/video/TD85aM0VQ3o/видео.html enjoy (PS the respect from Halford is laudable but honestly not unexpected the great ones generally have class)
Imagine my relief that some big bald guy is doing all that growling. Seeing Floor Jansen doing that in a ReVamp video was one of the more disturbing things I've heard recently.
Now onto more Band-Maid! If you want a good clear look at these ladies check out their video Thrill. Other than that a short playlist: Play (live) Onset (live) Dice (mv) Puzzle (live)
Hi! I think you should take a listen to "Love Again" by Pentatonix. It's one of their originals, I think you'd really like it. PS: If you wanna get away from the kinda formulaic bass drops that seem to be in some of Voiceplay's songs (to me it actually seems like it's mostly the ones arranged by Geoff, which I get. When arranging it's hard not to give yourself a fun part and maybe some spotlight, lol), I suggest their cover of "Something Just Like This"! It's one of their older ones from before J. None officially joined the group, but I just stumbled upon it recently and I've really enjoyed it! PPS: Just finished watching the video, never heard this before. Definitely not what I'm used to in terms of metal music, lol! But it was super good! Enjoyed watching your reaction as well, of course.
You haven't done a Babymetal reaction in a while - here is a good one for you , a song they don't do too often because it is a complicated one to play - I know it is on a different format , maybe just for your own pleasure to watch if you can't show it here. www.bitchute.com/video/lJ01t4RcAzH1/
😄 Sounds like they are pronouncing the fruit papaya incorrectly, but they do it with such gusto! I kinda like the music, but it's not something I would listen to a lot.
It's a lot of fun live. Actually it's a summer song about the papaya fruit. :-) The rapper is from Thailand and raps in the Thai language about Thai spicy and sweet papaya salad how it's a metaphor for life. Sometimes life is spicy and sometimes it's sweet.

Dont forget Brixton on Tuesday then back to Japan for Legend M 🤟😷🤟
BABYMETAL - BxMxC is what you need my friend.

Be carefull when they come nearby your hometown, because the temptation to watch em live is real.

They took metal as you knew it, tossed it out the window and did it their way, hell yeah ♥️
Babymetal live is an experience and can be a full-body work-out if you want it to be :-)

How could anyone dislike this? I wanna be there singing Pa Pa Ya with them!

But had to get out of it
Not my favorite
I mean the song not LA😜🤪
