“The silver dome”😂😂
I guess the Amazon warehouse has the silver dome just placed inside of it right now😂😂
Last time I went to the silver dome Barry was playing sheesh
FORD FIELD?😅😅😅 aint no more silver dome bro... PLAYMAKER high AF bruhh😂😂
The 20 seconds afterwards Keyshawn looks like he's processing his cohosts mental health
😂😂😂
It’s amazing how many people suddenly appreciate Matthew for what an outstanding quarterback he is and always has been even back in Detroit, but no one ever noticed him until he left Detroit. I’m happy he got his well deserved ring, but as a Lions fan, Goff is my quarterback and long seen as the throw away part of that trade. The stories in this game are many, but the end result will be Detroit winning because they have a better team who are playing at home.
I could care less he got his ring - fact is he accumulated a bunch of garbage stats in 12 seasons with the Lions and didn't win a dam game that mattered. 0-3 is his Detroit legacy and, while I was a supporter of his at the time as a lifelong Lions fan, the storyline of him coming back here pisses me off as he did nothing at all for the franchise and the city!
Couldn't have said it better.
@@Al-me7xrIt's ridiculous that with the emergence of the Lions you still don't see what they were missing when they had Stafford to be a great team. Bottom line is if the Lions would have had Brady the Goat during those years he would not be the Brady we know and love. Their offensive line was terrible they absolutely had no running game at all please show me any QB in history that can do anything without that?
@richardpage5812 To reinforce what you've said. I think the only 1k yard rusher they have had over Stafford's tenure was Reggie Bush post his prime and Megatron wasn't throwing the ball to himself. Let alone the head scratching decision to fire Caldwell as well.
Detroit will beat them 31-17
What a shock 😂😂😂! Michael Irvin and Skip picking LA.
“Picking the rams because I don’t want to”🤣🤣🤣 2:11 had me dead
Hot take…the Lions beat the Rams, and then go to Dallas and beat the Cowboys in the rematch !!!
Not a hot take. It’s exactly what’s going to happen
@@TheLshynelmfao you both are delusional the rams are gonna whoop them. Goff is going to choke and throw 4 ducks you forget ram fans know his weaknesses you got the Goff that had no pressure to win cus you didn’t expect him too do anything other than .500 or better that’s why he thrived
@@ethanrios1010darn that Stafford didn't go against refs and patriots because he got a new stadium
Don’t be suprised if Green Bay beats Dallas, if the refs and Vegas don’t meddle with the outcome. There are two Green Bay teams and if the good one shows up they can beat anyone
Yall wasn’t suppose to be in the game like that anyway we had bad clock management game should’ve been over
I guess everyone forgot about Montgomery and Gibbs running behind a top 3 O-Line.
Both give up alot of passing yards who ever stops the run gains the advantage
Its nice to see them talking about other teams besides the cowboys
Even when they aren’t they somehow find a way to include them
You might as get used to it
But they are talking about the Cowboys, they are literally picking the Rams because they are afraid the Lions are going to come back to Jerry's World after what happened a couple of weeks ago, they don't want that🤣🤣🤣, they are praying that the Rams beat the Lions because when the Lions beat the Rams, it's over for the Cowboys
Exactly
what ? the whole segment was about which outcome would be best for the Boys.
Good luck Lions fans, it is LA's honor to come into your house for this big game. I've been a rams fan a long time, both our teams have benefited off of our recent successes. Either way its excellent for both organizations. Thanks you all for everything!
LA rams benefited more 🏆
It’s funny because initially I thought we were rivals when the trade happen but now it’s like we’re allies we want each other to go far love it
Rams is gonna make a couple of mistakes coming Sunday for one. They are going against two elite running backs good luck
THIS is sportsmanship!
Could've agree more!
This is a Jared Goff legacy game. Regardless of outcome, he cannot be terrible. Especially given the history of Stafford w the Lions & Goff with the Rams
I think its really about the head coaches. Campbell is really good but McVay will go down as an all time great. I think the rams take this in a close game
There is A LOT of pressure on Goff in this game. Let’s see if he’s up for it. Last time pressure was this high for him was the 2019 Super Bowl: this time he has a healthy backfield, and of course 3 more years of experience. I’m a Rams fan, but I expect him to step up, win or lose, and gain respect. Stafford has the playoff experience and success, and the personnel to match the Lions score for score and then some. No shame for Goff in the Lions losing if he does his part.
Agree a huge game for Goff but, unlike Lions teams of the past, there's a fantastic offensive line and a ton of weapons available. Goff doesn't have to be a hero - just pick his spots and execute.
As for Stafford's history in Detroit it's simple -- king of garbage time and stat padding and ZERO meaningful wins in 12 years! That is his true Detroit legacy.
And one more thing everyone seems to forget -- the Rams were one dropped INT away from crashing out of their eventual Super Bowl run a few years back. Hopefully he serves up one or two meatballs for the Lions secondary on Sunday night...
@@Al-me7xr - So you say “unlike Lions teams of the past, there’s [now] a fantastic offensive line and a ton of weapons available”, then complain about Stafford. That’s hypocritical. Any top-10 QB - Stafford, Goff, or whoever - would be blessed to have and succeed with the Lions’ current O line, running backs, receivers, and tight end.
@@Al-me7xr Is there not an issue is you saying that "Now" Detroit has weapons and a good o-line, but then trashing Stafford for not getting wins with those past teams?
"he knows all the spots in that dome"...are they playing hide and seek in there?
Thats okay keep counting us out. Detroit baby. First Michigan and now the Lions lets goooo
*Us
To all my Hulkananiacs at the Silverdome !!
Did he just say silver dome??? Bruh that was the 90s sir. We in the heart of Detroit now. Michigan stand up!!!! Michigan vs everybody
Lions 31, Rams 17
The Rams just do not match up well against the Lions. Stafford is one part of the Rams' success, but their latest surge started when Kyren Williams started his surge, and the Lions have the number 2 rush defense.
The Lions' elite O-line will be the other factor. They will give Goff the time to dissect the Rams' defense and will wear down the Rams defensive line.
I don't think this game will be in doubt most of the game.
Problem is. Ford Field is gonna be loud AF when Stafford has the ball. Not quiet like when he was then Lions QB. The crowd is gonna make themselves known!
Silverdome...lol
Problem is Stafford always choked when he was a lion. One thing you can count on is Stafford being reckless
@@zonabot6029same with Goff but Stafford actually has a ring.

The men are fired up for the playoffs!! Good spirits on the panel today
All I know is, Lions playing their first playoff game in Ford Field against someone who we had some great memories with at QB, its going to be a great game. My Lions 30 - 17
38-21 Rams
39 - 19 Rams
52-16 Rams

Dudes the biggest rams hater
IT's funny cause Matthew Stafford never played one game in the Silver Dome! That's why you can take what these guys say with a grain of salt!
Matthew Stafford is not "the better quarterback". Jared Goff at home has a 107.9 passer rating 19 touchdowns and 6 interceptions and 280 y/g. Matthew Stafford on the road has a 91.7 passer rating 11 touchdowns and 7 interceptions and 274.9 y/g. Also, Lions have a better running game and run defense. Anything can happen, but the Lions should win this game comfortably.
🤡
Agreed.
May turn into a track meet but at some point the gunslinger will show his true colors and serve up a pick 6! As I Lions fan I watched 12 seaons of it and you could almost set your watch by Stafford it!
@@Al-me7xrnot against that Detroit secondary he won't 😂

These conversations are getting better and better
McVay is going to be heavily involved in the defense game plan. He knows how much Goff suffered from pressure from the inside. There is going to be so many blitzes through right up the gut and they are going to show tons of stunts upfront.
What about the pressure Stafford can't handle when they Blitz and put the Rush on Stafford he will definitely be at home throwing the ball to us 😂 like old times
@@user-vp3ju7bm8i I'm not saying that the Rams are going to succeed but I think that McVay knows exactly what Goffs weakness is. And win or lose they will go after that.
And they'll get absolutely picked apart in the flats and on quick slants. Rams weakness is on the ends, LB's and secondary so have at it...
@@Al-me7xr again I'm not even saying that the Rams will be successful I am just saying that McVay is going to copy that game plan that the Patriots used on Goff.
@@user-vp3ju7bm8iactually the last two years Stafford been the best against the blitz..check it out.

Skip & Michael is hoping & praying Rams beat 49ers because they don’t want to go to SF 😂
1:06 dont let this video distract you from the fact Michael said the Lions still play at the Silverdome
He's still thinking back when the Lions beat he and his cowboys 38-6 at dome 1991.
I just want to see a Lions vs Browns super bowl. Both fan bases deserve this after decades of ineptitude.
We will be long dead and beyond before that ever happens
The spirits of Bobby Layne and Otto Graham are with you!
Yes. I want this too
I do too cause I got money on both getting to the Super Bowl 😂
me too... I actually dreamed it lol
These two teams are pertty even the 3 points goes to the home team
Detroit we need this one ! The time is now
I can promise you that the Rams are not going to look across the field and think that "Goff can't play anymore."
ESPECIALLY WHEN HE HAS BEEN ON FIRE LATELY, HE'S AT HOME, AND HE HAS A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER, [as does Matthew Stafford.]
Keyshawn really "woke up on the wrong side of the world" by making that opening statement.😟😳🙉🙈😫
Can’t believe they’re playing in silver dome????!?!
Gonna be hard to play in rubble 😂
This aged well!! Irvin called Ford Field the Silverdome. 😂😂😂😂
Stafford threw the ball really well especially after he came back from his injury. If he had played all 16 games & not 14 1/2 games he would have led the NFL in passing yards. I just hope being a lifetime lions fan since mid 1060s the ball is not in Staffords hands with 2 minutes left & Rams down by 2 points. Heck even down by 6 would be scary with Stafford with the ball in his hands.
I have waited a very long time for this again. Lions fan for 55 years. Of course I'm taking the Lions!
It should be a physical game and Lions has 2 ~1k(1015/945) rushing yard RBs with an excellent O-line
If the Rams win I wouldn't consider it an upset.
Skip and Irvin are wrong and Keyshawn nails it. What a surprise
Its a relief Skip picked the Rams. The Lions are going to win. Because I don't think Skip ever played a snap.
LA Rams fan here. Rams are a great offensive team, but I have concerns about their defense. I am not so sure if they can keep the Lions and Goff off the field.
As a Los Angeles Rams fan since the early 70s, I liked Goff, he was an absolutely fantastic passer when he got the protection and the time to deliver under the play plan... Under the pressure of a blitz or a decent pass rush, or if the first target wasn't open, I noticed that he didn't really improvise very well and didn't survey the field as well as more experienced QBs. He would also get "rattled" when under pressure.
Stafford on the other hand, did and does all those things well, first target covered,? He goes to option two, or three, or runs it out himself. He also has that "dog" mentality that makes him a great leader.
Should be a great game this evening! Best of luck to both teams!
HORNS UP!
It was a tight game, but we did it!!!!
Pressure and Goff are too things that don't mix well and we saw that here in LA. He's facing a guy who stares at pressure and laughs in it's face in Stafford. Rams by 10, 27-17
I love Stafford as a guy but he was 0-3 in the playoffs with us and had Megatron for 8 or so years. We had some good teams that went nowhere with him at the helm. Hes very capable of throwing the wrong interception at the wrong time. They really shouldn't have made it past the 49ers 2 years ago. RUclips Stafford to Tartt.
@@AiryLarry while good he didn't have the teams he's had w the Rams. There's a reason he won his 1st yr in LA.

lions are the better team in every aspect. The rams are getting WAY to much hype over nothing
The Lions have the better offense - both yards and PPG
The Lions have the better defense - both yards and PPG
The Lions have the better special teams.
The Lions have the better turnover differential.
The lions defense is terrible goff is going to make mistakes rams know how goff plays the reason they got rid of him
@@DrivenWord94 Goff has developed and grew the past 3 years as a young QB. Not the same player or play style when he was in LA. Not only that, he has a dominant O-line.
Lions defense dood doo 😂 Nick Mullens threw for 400 yards twice on them
Those numbers mean nothing. How have the Lions been playing the last 8 weeks?
The Rams have the better coaching staff
The Rams have the better RB
The Rams have the better Wide Receivers
The Rams have the better Quarterback (one who doesn't choke after getting a pick)
The Rams have more experience in playoff situations and YOUR Kitties have done nothing the past 30 years.

Detroit will win 29-13 💯
Lions are a Superbowl team as soon as Goff learns how to avoid 1 time being tackled. They tackle him and he goes down every single time they get a finger on him
I've watched the lions fans suffer for decades, and I really believe the lions are the better overall team here, and when they played Dallas they showed me something right there, I hope they win it for the fan's, and I think they will win it because they got something going this year, there gonna cover that 3, come on Lions, let's go!

People really counting the rams 49ers game?! Lol that was basically a preseason game for both teams
Everyone knows Mathew Stafford always plays great in the Silver Dome! 😂
😂
Silver dome really? Not all former players should be talking on tv.
It's discouraging to me that so many former players and analysts with a platform base their opinions off of ... tradition? There are a lot of good reasons that Dan Campbell played that 2-pt for the win as many times as it takes so long as it was still inside the 10 yard line (a point he made repeatedly as local media asked him about it all week). It's really not that difficult to understand what he was doing, and it's flat-out wrong to presume that "just kick the PAT" was a good option at all:
1) You score on the 2-pt: Cowboys MUST win the game or lose the game in the next 24 seconds. That's pressure right there.
2) You kick PAT: Cowboys don't have to force the issue in regulation, zero pressure to force the issue since they can't lose before OT.
3) OT coin-flip introduces pure random luck - and the Lions then have a 50/50 shot at giving the Cowboys TWO possessions to win the game with the Lions never touching it again
4) The Cowboys were at home, where they are now 16-0 in the last two calendar years.
5) Players playing an extra session? No thanks - see Chubb, Bradley and Johnson, Dillon for why you want this thing over in regulation
6) Play for a tie and fail to score and GET the tie? Same as a loss in the standings, the Lions needed 2 wins and a SF loss, anything less than 2 wins means you need two SF losses. A tie is a loss here.
Playing for OT wasn't even guaranteed since Dallas was going to get the ball back with 23 seconds either way. But if you do tie it and it goes to OT, there are now multiple bad outcomes instead of just one: a loss AND a tie are both bad.
Perhaps the worst part is that these former players and pundit seem to buy the notion that Campbell made the decision because of emotion - which couldn't be further from the truth. Yet here we are, with probably millions of people believing a reality that isn't real.
🤷♂
You can't bring back that "if Detroit scored on that 2pt conversion attempt" without bringing up that "if the tripping call was not called". C'mon Key.
Matthew Stafford has NEVER seen let alone heard Ford Field as loud as it’s gonna be. They are telling fans to bring ear plugs. Stafford and the Rams are not gonna be comfortable.

I’m not surprised the Lions are being picked to be beaten BUT are we forgetting how many times including me they shut us up? Last year people said they wouldn’t stop the packers from getting to the playoffs. They stopped them. Said KC would destroy them to open the season. They didn’t get destroyed and beat em. They said it was a fluke and that they wouldn’t do nothing this season. They won the division. Like the Lions for once have shown consistency and even dominance at times. They secondary will be worked fasho but this ain’t a cake walk for LA and even if they do win I see it being barely.
