As a lifelong lions fan since the mid 1960s I feel very lucky there was no pass interference or holding call on puca nakkua. That would have put them in Field goal range
Stanford has always been him, he’d done incredible things while over there, the organization just couldn’t get home pieces. That’s why no one noticed or appreciated.
Lions were so impressive but man the most impressive part of that game was Stafford to Puka. No one has a better arm than Matt Stafford and I was reminded of that this game.
The trade of Goff for Stafford has been great for both teams. I have never seen a trade of a superstar like Stafford help both teams get where they want to go. The Lions have a great young core of players, so it may help them for years to come. The Rams won a Superbowl. The Lions are still playing and that means they are 1 of 8 teams still with a shot at winning it all. And it's a home game again!
Rams would have won a Super Bowl with Jared Goff anyways. Pad StatsFord led the NFL with 20 INTs that year including 4 in the playoffs. Aaron Donald and OBJ won the Rams that ring. Stafford was on the team.
Communicate you no longer wish to be in that relationship instead of having them catch you in cabo sleeping with the replacement. Enough said. Go Lions!
The difference in the game was that Lions had big plays that resulted in TDs while the Rams had FGs. Lions defense did well enough to slow the run game but continues to get torched in the passing game. As long as Goff has time to throw, he will do well.
The officiating has gotten out of hand. NFL needs to make.. at a minimum.. ref calls reviewable under the challenge system. Campbell didn't use any of his challenges all game, but if the blatant blown ref calls were reviewable, Campbell could have challenged that and we would have prob got points at the end of the first half. Non calls are something different... prob dont do anything with those.. but at least make blown calls reviewable.
I'm going to post this on every video I see that makes excuses for Stafford, so here you go: Since entering the NFL in 2009, Matthew Stafford is 11-72 (.132) against teams that finished the season with a winning record.
Maaaan I been waiting for this since my Jr yr of HS 🤣🔥🔥. First U of M and now THIS?! I’m so glad I don’t have work tomorrow because I CANNOT sleep 😂. We’re not done though….lets keep pushin.
Stafford is a great qb always has been always will be. But the Lions won the game focus on that for a moment. Also know one should complain about a call to the lions, think about it
The refs missed called. The rams could’ve won if the refs helped us out. BUT what we REALLY needed wasn’t help from the refs, we needed to convert red zone FGs to TDs. That’s what killed the rams. Lack of execution in the red zone.
Rams fan here it hurts to lose a playoff game but Detroit deserves it mixed feelings about this one. Goff would drive me crazy at times when he was our quarterback i had a feeling the Lions were going to win this game. We certainly didn't do ourselves any favors getting Field Goals instead of touchdowns in the redzone. Stafford played great was beat up our defense was a no show in the first half did better in the second half. Regardless for the Rams to make it this far with all rookies is an accomplishment congratulations Lions finish the Job.
I still root for Stafford when not playing us. All quarterbacks have off days. Goff and Stafford both had off days here. Brady and Rodgers had a bad off day here before too, haha. I'm glad it worked out for both quarterbacks in the end. You guys had a good season still Maybe we can do it again next year.
I like that fact that yeah some calls were missed, but the refs let them play ball, Dan decided to kick a field goal, receivers stepped up, defense played collectively. Awesome game, Stafford back in the building he did his thing and it was just an overall really good game. Topped the weekend & another home game. Lets get another and win that championship. Then on to the Superbowl but first thing first lets win this one. GO LIONS!!!!!
Everyone wants to mention the no call on the PI. But nobody is talking about the botched false start call against Detroit near the end of the first half. They grt that right, and Detroit has a 1st down on the LA 36 with 3 TOs and 1:06 on the clock. And to that point, their offense hadn't been stopped. So it's feasible to believe they get 3 or 7 points there
I find it funny that ya'll wanna give Stafford his props now. I remember when everyone was talking shit about Stafford until he got to the Rams. We've known what Stafford could do for the last 12 years and tried to tell ya'll but nobody listened, now ya'll wanna give him his flowers, this shit is a joke! One Pride baby!!!!
Being a lions fan for 50+ years we know how good Stafford is. And yes he might have played better than Goff . But the lions made enough plays as a team to win this game. Now it could be Destiny. ONE PRIDE
The false start that forced the Lions to punt was terrible as well. Both had bad calls/no calls

@@Devlins10 might be. But Shannon said it was a few years ago
It was 2008 when Lions went 0-16 then in the 2009 draft they drafted Stattford from UGA.
Lions Fan Since 91’ x LFG!!!🦁💪🏾💯
Stanford has always been him, he’d done incredible things while over there, the organization just couldn’t get home pieces. That’s why no one noticed or appreciated.
The rams and lions will be teams to reckon with on offense for years to come
Lions were so impressive but man the most impressive part of that game was Stafford to Puka. No one has a better arm than Matt Stafford and I was reminded of that this game.
They never called hold because 97 was killing the tackle all day😂
The trade of Goff for Stafford has been great for both teams.
0-16 was 16 years ago, please dont act like it was yesterday. And I'm a lions fan
Communicate you no longer wish to be in that relationship instead of having them catch you in cabo sleeping with the replacement. Enough said.
Go Lions!
We get NFC CHAMPIONSHIP AT HOME DETROIT CITY FINNA BE LITTY 🎉❤
The difference in the game was that Lions had big plays that resulted in TDs while the Rams had FGs. Lions defense did well enough to slow the run game but continues to get torched in the passing game. As long as Goff has time to throw, he will do well.
If goff just get the lions to the NFC title game
He will be a legend in Detroit
Geoff and Stafford both were throwing the sh!t out the ball 5:23
Stafford has to hold the QB record for how many teammates he’s helped set receiving records.
I'm going to post this on every video I see that makes excuses for Stafford, so here you go:
Since entering the NFL in 2009, Matthew Stafford is 11-72 (.132) against teams that finished the season with a winning record.
Detroit Detroit it’s cold asf but the city is heated up tonight
Lions football baby
Maaaan I been waiting for this since my Jr yr of HS 🤣🔥🔥. First U of M and now THIS?! I’m so glad I don’t have work tomorrow because I CANNOT sleep 😂. We’re not done though….lets keep pushin.
Shannon Sharpe and Ocho know what they’re talking about. Detroit Lions 🦁 FTW 🙌 #AllGrit
This was a great trade for both teams tbh, it’s cool seeing the Lions win another playoff game.
As a lions fan living in hawaii man we miss those days.........we need that new stadium
The fact ocho still got st browns name wrong 💀😂
If the NFL expands again a team in Honolulu and a team in Mexico City would work.
They gotta give STL a team if they expand. Good football city that keeps losing teams.
Stafford is a great qb always has been always will be. But the Lions won the game focus on that for a moment.
Also know one should complain about a call to the lions, think about it
Yay love the coach ❤️
Stafford is a top 5 qb
Top 50
Exactly wat i say
You two are great, keeping real with humor!!
I like how they bounce around topics but always bring it back to the main topic somehow lol very entertaining
"Lions got away with one"...And the rams got away with holding Aidan on almost every play....
Yea just like they do with Aaron Donald
These two should have their own show. The chemistry is right. The generational gap is respected. They are good.
My man what do you think youre watching??
I like that fact that yeah some calls were missed, but the refs let them play ball, Dan decided to kick a field goal, receivers stepped up, defense played collectively. Awesome game, Stafford back in the building he did his thing and it was just an overall really good game. Topped the weekend & another home game. Lets get another and win that championship. Then on to the Superbowl but first thing first lets win this one. GO LIONS!!!!!
C'mon gentlemen, say it with me..

Thank you for your commentary, very entertaining!
Go Lions!! #OnePride
Matt Stafford is one tough mf
Let’s go Detroit 😤💪🏽 Even tho we won. I still think Stafford is a top 5 qb
Being a lions fan for 50+ years we know how good Stafford is. And yes he might have played better than Goff . But the lions made enough plays as a team to win this game. Now it could be Destiny. ONE PRIDE
Thanks for the insight on Pro Bowl Brothers.
The phantom false start and like 5 crazy non calls was crazy af. I don't wanna hear shit about a holding call. Regs was crazy this game
Way to Go Lions
Y''all. Amon-Ra St. Brown. 😅
