Rahu 4th house in Leo I felt a loss of energy when commuting for work, so gradually I opt for online jobs which allow me to stay at home. I used to be on bad terms with my mother, but our relationship gets better after my twenties. She’s indeed independent and has overcome a lot of hardships, which I admire, and somehow I do become clingy to her when I’m more mature. I’m uncomfortable working under someone’s authority, so maybe in the future, I will do something on my own. The only thing that doesn’t apply to me is that I have a sense of longing for my birth country and when I travel aboard, I always want to come back. Most of indian astrologer advise go to vegetarian diet, but how about that India is the second country in the world after China for diabetics?? People must eat proper protein to avoid heath imbalance . My daughter has Rahu in 4th her food was from childhood mostly carbs , vegetables, milk products and she avoided by any possible way meat , just because she didn’t want that. At end she had insulin intolerance and put on quite a lot, health problems started to come like depression, acne, insomnia, self underestimating, stretch marks as a result lack of protein etc., The doctor said firstly what she must include in her diet it is meat, chicken, fish . We did what was recommended, the problem has gone . We were looking for a reason of her state and weight gain for three years and couldn’t find it, until her SadeSati over her Moon. so I am completely against vegetarian diet, it is not for everyone indeed.
This is really interesting to me. The recommended protein intake is actually quite high for a sedentary lifestyle, even higher if accounting for exercise. To gain protein from vegetarian sources you need much higher servings of legumes etc which is not what I've seen. It's very strange.
Individual cases are there. but mostly vegetarian diet is the healthiest option for humans. It’s Ahimsa we are talking of here as well. . Non violence. See if people eat the animal body after the creature has died naturally, that is not considered bad karma, that is the deeper understanding. People get diabetes very often from too many sweets!! Or some glucose intolerance etc.. it can be genetic also. Not by being vegetarian, I know lots of life long vegetarian in old age now who are doing just fine .Better than most! Tte problem is that the same people are oftrn in denial of their inner rage and resentment. So from a philosophical view they are doing good - unfortunately their good intentions are not rooted in a healthy balanced spirituality. Due to their denial of their anger they often overeat sweets and carbs to suppress and those feelings and thereby avoid the inner reality that evokes shame because it is in conflict with how they view themselves.
prioritise consumption of legumes and weigh amount against recommended intake for weight and size and never neglect cruciferous vegetables. leaf greens greatly assist gut microbiome and without their consumption you're missing out on benefits of vegetarian diets
I felt so alienated in my homeland and no peace of mind, once I moved away I feel so peaceful.
