    I appreciate the CSDM context, good video. I was familiar with the idea that Service Availability should be tracked at the Service Offering level, but if the business wants to know availability by application, should there be a corresponding Technical Service Offering that correlates to an Application Service? I think that is correct but it seems redundant to me.
