Mr. Zippi, just plain DIG what you're doing. You are very informative and educational, love how you've moved on from rattle cans to air brushing and helped motivate me to try. Thanks for keeping us updated with your latest build.
It looks amazing ! The colour combo is beautiful and really sets the model off. As far as the front bumper goes, an old uncle of mine used to say "a galloping horse going by would never notice it".
Well Zippi another BEAUTIFUL BUILD. I really enjoy your builds you have a nack for building them extremely clean well detailed. It pretty encouraging to this old blind fart, I think I might tackle the El Camino I've had...... for a long long time. All that foiling scares the crap out of me to lol.
you did a great job on that build. this is one of my dream vehicles and you really did it justice. i just love the disgruntled vampire looking tail on this vehicle.
The last BMF used in Stick worth A #$$%^ those trucks are gorgeous on their own my granddad had one back in the day was all white you did an outstanding job on that one nicely done turned out gorgeous
I love it. Looks awesome. The little touch of orange makes it. Otherwise it's just an El Camino. Now it's classy with that orange. You're killing it Zippi. Two thumbs up!
Real nice! I always love this kit!! I did mine silver with red top and rocker panels, very similar to yours.. I'm loving yours!! I'm always rockin' when I'm modeling too! Be careful with the rains!!
Great result and a cool color choice with Titanium Silver and Clear Orange. So the Camino turned out more than well. Something to present in a showcase. Best wishes, Joachim
Just beautiful. Did the kit come with the Dagmar front bumper option? I just remember my Dad put the '59 Dagmar bumper off of the engine donor Bel Air on his '59 El Camino when I was a kid.
Great job Zippi! I love your color choices! Hey I’m a model builder and moved To Evansville A little over a year ago, would you like to meet for breakfast one morning, I’d like to meet you in person.

The color combo looks nice! I live in Southern California, it's been raining like crazy here. Not good painting weather. Keep up the great work

58 and 59 seem to be the years when American auto manufacturers put the most chrome on their cars.
I believe you are correct Sir.

You have any shop cards ?
I do man. Get me your mailing address and I'll ship them out.
The clear orange did you cut it with Tamiya thinner, or what did you use?
I thinned the Tamiya clear orange about 50/50 with Mr. Color Leveling Thinner.
