Aston Martin DB12 "Super Tourer" walkaround and drive impressions

Had an interesting day sampling the Aston Martin DB12, which is technically an updated version of the DB11, but almost 80 percent of the car is said to be new. AMG-sourced 4.0-litre V8 gets reprofiled camshafts, bigger turbos and higher compression for 680hp and 800Nm outputs. Bolts from 0-100kph in 3.6sec and hits 320kph+ flat out. DB12 also gets stiffer anti-roll bars and springs, new adaptive dampers and E-diff for better traction. Wider tracks (+6mm at the front and +22mm at the rear) and more aggressive schnoz make for a beefier stance. Interior vastly revamped via all-new, in-house developed infotainment system with 10.25-inch touchscreen. #astonmartin #db12 #cars #supercars
