You could use the modifier "Cast" to adapt your subdivided cube into a more perfect sphere.

      Use TO SPHERE
      Shortcut: Shift-Alt-S
Menu: Mesh ‣ Transform ‣ To Sphere

1:58 That CTRL+SHIFT+T doesn't work if you haven't enabled the Node Wrangler addon mentioned at the beginning.

Node Wrangler is basically a must when working with nodes, lots of node-related shortcuts just don't work without it enabled

When you select something in a menu it is highlighted in blue such as at 0:37.
Does anyone know how to change that to a different color ?
    I've been going to
    Preferences : themes :
But haven't had any success .

Do you know if cycles-x rendering is faster or slower than the newest 3.2.2 version? I want to download the version with the fastest cycle render time and don't know which to download.

Cycles X is slightly faster in the newest version of Blender

Use TO SPHERE (works on any mesh)
    Shortcut: Shift-Alt-S
Menu: Mesh ‣ Transform ‣ To Sphere
