- Okay, okay, okay. I said I wasn't going to make videos like this anymore. Well, tough. I got this bad boy off of eBay for under $300, including shipping, and I was pleasantly surprised.
For those of you that know, I already have an XT5 and XE4. Why do I need another Fujifilm camera? Well, to be honest, I don't. But I got it anyway and had a lot of fun. At first I was apprehensive because it didn't have a viewfinder -- but I was immediately taken in by how much joy comes with playing with a new toy once you're comfortable with how it performs.
All photos were straight out of camera. You'll see that the first couple were very clean and natural and then later I adjusted the white balance to suit the style I was going for (AKA very green).
Thanks for coming along, once again. You're all very cool.
If you're interested in that filter... eh... it's on Amazon. I'm not an affiliate link sorta guy so I don't know. You figure it out.
If you're looking for that camera -- I saw a bunch on eBay for around $300-400 but if you're patient you'll find some cheaper.
Nice vid man ! Nice images. And I wasn't too mad at the filter / look on the Osmo.. I woulda never guessed that it was the Osmo. I kinda like that, when you don't know for sure.
Oh yeah, SUBSCRIBED !
It's a weird filter! I don't mind the mist (I use them sometimes for filmmaking) but the vignetting....good Lord. Thanks for the sub!
Fun camera. Fun film sims! Toy Camera mode rocks!
The alternative is the X-T30 with a 18 or 27 Fuji/Voigtländer....
@@stefanbender2584 I love my 18mm f2. It's the first lens I tried on this camera but because both the lens and the camera are so old, the autofocus was quite sluggish and inaccurate. So, putting the 27mm on it gave it some better performance. Plus, I don't love using MF lenses on bodies without viewfinders.
Still worth it for cinematic video in 2024 bro?
What lens you using?
Fujifilm 27mm f2.8 Version 2 (with the aperture ring).
