EDIT (18/2/24): the statement at 4:54 is incorrect. There were reportedly 22 casualties at the time of the incident at Oceana and sadly one person lost their life as a result of the fire. I was not made aware of this information at the time and my prayers go out to all those affected by this tragic incident.
