After doing this Fix, it was well but 2 weeks later, I connected my smartphone by usb to my dell 1610 and after connection, I could see same trackpad issue, and It happened before as well everytime i connected my smartphone. Who can explain how to avoid this issue when I connect my smartphone to my laptop?
Is this laptop better than the regular Inspiron 16? I just ordered mine and was wondering if I should’ve went with this one. I didn’t want to go overboard on the specs because we were in a pretty tight budget. Just wondering.
Don't do that, return it if you still can. Very defective and low quality. Mine is 6 months old. It's running hot and loud. Battery life degraded to ~2h of light office work. Touchpad has been replaced twice (very common problem with the model) and is still malfunctioning - people are literaly soldering the internals themselves as Dell is unable to address the issue (product support is very poor). The first impressions were good, but after half a year of usage my opinion is - it's garbage. Do yourself a favour and get rid of it - buy anything else. It's not worth half the price.
@@TheNazreth I have warranty till September I don’t even use the touchpad I just use mouse I prefer it over the touchpad. Compared to my old laptop this laptop is major upgrade and it’s really fast.
Where is the right and left buttons on the track board.
You have to press on bottom of touchpad. Right bottom is right click, left bottom is left click
