Well, I heard that the Dolphins value went up from $1.3 Billion to over $7 Billion since Ross took over. That's what it's all about. The bottom line. The attendance has been good, merch sales are good also, we have name recognition overseas, so Ross has not been incentivized to change. The name recognition has more to do with the city of Miami than the team though. We are a real corporate team now. Curtis, what you do is invaluable. It is important for us to keep our eyes on the ball. Tua is the ultimate distraction. I hope we can find a way to get out of this nightmare...

I also keep seeing our fans acting all giddy about being 1 win away from our 5th straight winning season. If we win next week, we'll be 9-8 for the 3rd time in 4 years. It's a complete joke for fans to be celebrating a winning season at 9-8. That's part of the problem

I think we need to come to the realization that the Dolphins are just not a serious organization. That doesn't mean that individual players don't want to win, but who in their right mind accepts this build, the philosophy, and corresponding decisions made by Grier that allowed us to end up where we are today? Just not a serious organization.

Tua has missed about a third of a season two times out of the last 3 years. Reports have come out Grier is in hotseat but not McDaniel. Tua is not sustainable and should have to face competition. I'm okay with McDaniel being tested under a new GM as long as he stops wearing sockless capri pants and starts lifting weights!

There is a reason why Tua fell down the draft charts after his college injury. A lot of hopeful thinking that he could fully recover Tua will be fine no matter what happens in the future. Will the OL get an overhaul in 2025? I am not holding my breath. The Phins are simply not a playoff quality team after how many years in the rebuild. I do hope the Jets game is a win. CG needs to go.

Where do you get the idea that Grier is or has thrown anyone under the bus? Imay have missed something but haven’t seen or heard anything the would indicate that.
Flores, Gase, Fangio, Boyer... ect. As an example: Ross told us Flores couldn't get along with people... Grier said one day he'll talk about it. Last season Van Noy came out and said he was cut to spite his guy in a battle with the GM and HC... who can cut someone? Grier. Who would Van Noy's guy be? Flores. This is one small example... I can on all day about it. But Grier was said to be Mr. Nice guy who just does what the coach wants... this is completely the opposite... where did this line come from? The media. Who influences the media with the beats and likely more... Dolphins FO and media Dept. I go check out my documentary suit hustle... even that's just a small piece of the puzzle... go back to Hickey... and beyond, Troy... gladly discuss it with you.... it's really clear.

Ross certainly doesnt seem too invested in upgrading the most glaring deficiency of his team- OFFENSIVE LINE! Leadership begins at the top and Grier is just another layer of insulation that shields Ross from accountability. Simple aa that. Owning an NFL team is a good investment where regardless of the teams success the value will skyrocket upwards way beyond the purchase price. The Miami brain trust needs an infusion of new blood- STAT !

Injuries were a big concern for Tua coming out of Alabama, the Dolphins ignored them. And then they doubled down when they paid him too end money. And Tua isn’t a bad QB, but he’s also not great. He’s injured way too much, and he needs allot of top end offensive talent to be successful. And the problem is the defense suffers, because you can’t afford to pay the good players on defense when you spend so much on offense. The fact this team is paying Tua, Hill, and Waddle so much really hurts the rest of the team. And all that’s great news me because I’m not a Dolphins fan.
They did and it was why I didn't want to draft him BUT Grier didn't give him a run game and OL to offset the flaw... very foolish... We went too finesse and cutsey on the O taking on oft injured players.

They’re not moving on without Tua, he’s our guy. They need to get rid of Chris Grier, get better coaching, and build a good talented offensive line. Chubb post June release and trying to prevent Tua from getting more injured because Grier in trying to save his job wants to put Tua on the trade block to move up to the 3rd pick of the draft so Ne, Giants, Browns need a Qb. Grier stays Tua gone Grier gone Tua stays. They are giving McDaniel the final say in draft choices and will take on some of Grier's role

For the first two season I covered tons of teams... in fact I was strong with the Bills for two seasons--- determined in 2021 that the right scheme and philosophy for the Bills is the one they are using now... got a lot of laughs from Bills fans :) Sorta' like what I've received from Dolphins fans..... Likely means more work... but I seem to have hit a plateau with fins fans... so, I'm in a quandary... nothing or more work and more teams. Would love to have had the support from Phins fans... guess I need to do better... but it is what it is, brother.

Curtis, Tua just isn't good enough. He can't hide Fins warts like very good QB's. Baker and Darnold are simply better than Tua and we couldve had both for peanuts. Fins organization is a clown show and this team goes nowhere for at least 5 years and probably 10. In 2000 I told all my football buddies Fins would suck for another decade. In 2010 I told them again. Now I'm telling you and it started in 2020 when I saw Tua play and knew then he ain't the guy. Herbert, Burrow, Hurts, Love are all better and we could've had any except Burrow. We of course got the worst of the bunch. Clownshow remember. Tua would put more fans in the stadium in 2020 so we passed on Herbert who's clearly a MUCH better QB in every single way. 32 GM's would take any of those guys iver Tua. So, get used to disappointment because this train wreck isn't moving on from fragile, choking Tua.

There is a reason why Tua fell down the draft charts after his college injury. A lot of hopeful thinking that he could fully recover Tua will be fine no matter what happens in the future. Will the OL get an overhaul in 2025? I am not holding my breath. The Phins are simply not a playoff quality team after how many years in the rebuild. I do hope the Jets game is a win. CG needs to go.
for me, Grier is incompetent and nothing good will come from anything he does. Hope I'm wrong but hoping more Ross fires him.

I know something about Tua that nobody talks about. Has to do with both Flores and Mcdaniels offense and the correlation with his abilities as a top tier QB. And ties in with the O line. would love to pick your brain, but im just a fan since Marino tore up the Bears in 86 I think....? And some what a student of QB'ism.

Where do you get the idea that Grier is or has thrown anyone under the bus? Imay have missed something but haven’t seen or heard anything the would indicate that.
Flores, Gase, Fangio, Boyer... ect. As an example: Ross told us Flores couldn't get along with people... Grier said one day he'll talk about it. Last season Van Noy came out and said he was cut to spite his guy in a battle with the GM and HC... who can cut someone? Grier. Who would Van Noy's guy be? Flores. This is one small example... I can on all day about it. But Grier was said to be Mr. Nice guy who just does what the coach wants... this is completely the opposite... where did this line come from? The media. Who influences the media with the beats and likely more... Dolphins FO and media Dept. Ross certainly doesnt seem too invested in upgrading the most glaring deficiency of his team- OFFENSIVE LINE!
Leadership begins at the top and Grier is just another layer of insulation that shields Ross from accountability. Simple aa that.
Owning an NFL team is a good investment where regardless of the teams success the value will skyrocket upwards way beyond the purchase price.

Injuries were a big concern for Tua coming out of Alabama, the Dolphins ignored them. And then they doubled down when they paid him too end money. And Tua isn’t a bad QB, but he’s also not great. He’s injured way too much, and he needs allot of top end offensive talent to be successful. And the problem is the defense suffers, because you can’t afford to pay the good players on defense when you spend so much on offense. The fact this team is paying Tua, Hill, and Waddle so much really hurts the rest of the team. And all that’s great news me because I’m not a Dolphins fan.
They did and it was why I didn't want to draft him BUT Grier didn't give him a run game and OL to offset the flaw... very foolish... We went too finesse and cutsey on the O taking on oft injured players.

They’re not moving on without Tua, he’s our guy. They need to get rid of Chris Grier, get better coaching, and build a good talented offensive line. Whether you hate Tua or not, the fact is he’s one of the best QBs in the league when healthy. Maybe if the oline wasn’t so bad and terrible, he wouldn’t have this many injuries

Not to be sacrilegious, but it seems to me Joe Burrow might be Marino 2.0. Went to Super Bowl early. 2 great receivers. Trash defense & he has to drag the team to victory. Penny for your thoughts.....
I think it's a darn good eval... really! Burrow is a great... not Dan... but little around him and asked to carry through the pass and early SB... there is a similarity... I like it.

Pretty much sums up the Tua experience for Miami. Will he, won't he - never seems to be there when the team really needs him. Time for a reboot in Miami. 20+ years of mediocrity, goodbye Grier - goodbye McDingleberry and goodbye Tua.

Tua is not injured enough not to play. Grier is doing the same with Tua as he did with Chubb. Chubb post June release and trying to prevent Tua from getting more injured because Grier in trying to save his job wants to put Tua on the trade block to move up to the 3rd pick of the draft so Ne, Giants, Browns need a Qb. Grier stays Tua gone Grier gone Tua stays. They are giving McDaniel the final say in draft choices and will take on some of Grier's role

Cameron wake played in 1 playoff game for the dolphins, and not that it’s really relevant, but he played in 3 playoff games in Tennessee. For the first two season I covered tons of teams... in fact I was strong with the Bills for two seasons--- determined in 2021 that the right scheme and philosophy for the Bills is the one they are using now... got a lot of laughs from Bills fans :) Sorta' like what I've received from Dolphins fans..... Likely means more work... but I seem to have hit a plateau with fins fans... so, I'm in a quandary... nothing or more work and more teams. Would love to have had the support from Phins fans... guess I need to do better... but it is what it is, brother.

Curtis, Tua just isn't good enough. He can't hide Fins warts like very good QB's. Baker and Darnold are simply better than Tua and we couldve had both for peanuts. Fins organization is a clown show and this team goes nowhere for at least 5 years and probably 10. In 2000 I told all my football buddies Fins would suck for another decade. In 2010 I told them again. Now I'm telling you and it started in 2020 when I saw Tua play and knew then he ain't the guy. Herbert, Burrow, Hurts, Love are all better and we could've had any except Burrow. We of course got the worst of the bunch. Clownshow remember. Tua would put more fans in the stadium in 2020 so we passed on Herbert who's clearly a MUCH better QB in every single way. 32 GM's would take any of those guys iver Tua. So, get used to disappointment because this train wreck isn't moving on from fragile, choking Tua.
