2016 KIA Optima window regulator cable pulley replace (fixed) window fell down

these style regulators are notorious for stripping out and they are very hard to find.
we found the pulley on E-bay and changed it out
the hardest part was getting that stupid cable around the last pulley
but after we figured out the technique it wasn't too bad
