What do you do when you are trying to replace and previous installers have put the mounting brackets on backwards? (Instead of opening towards the room it opens towards the outside). Because of this i can't access anything to take down. Thanks

Hi, sorry to hear you are having issues with removal of your blinds. It is a little difficult to troubleshoot without seeing photos or videos of the installation. If the bracket opens towards the outside, maybe there is enough room to maneuver the blinds out from the bracket? If there is still not enough room, can the window be moved or unlatched to provide more room for removal? Not sure how the previous installers got the blinds into the bracket, but you would have to remove the blinds the same way the previous installers put them in. Hope you get this figured out.

Those ends on the blind cover look 2 different colors. Is that a common issue with Levelor? I ordered some and had that issur

Yes, this is a common issue. We noticed the mix matched color on all of our Levelor blinds during installation. We contemplated on painting them white to match, but decided to just leave the mix-matched color the way it came. We were not able to tell much difference in color once the blinds were installed onto the windows.

Wait a sec….the blinds are supposed to be as far forward as possible. Looks a lot cleaner with the trim piece on there.

There are a couple different ways to install these blinds based on your personal preference. Mounting the blinds as far forward as possible worked well for us. Our blinds ended up fitting great with the trim piece flush against the wall. We are happy with the results.
