Coincidentally, the celebrity who hosted this episode and played Michael Jordan in this sketch (Keegan Michael Key) was a MADtv cast member (I think from season 8 all the way to the final season on FOX [season 14]). And the episode he hosted is proof that the whole "SNL vs. MADtv" feud is stupid, since the humor is more-or-less the same. It just boils down to personal preference. And people don't consider that there are those out there who love both shows and those out there who don't like either show and feel that there are other sketch shows out there that are funnier.
He doesn't even have to compete sometimes and he still wins, like slam dunk competitions for example, he just did his freethrow line dunk a bunch and everyone falls on their faces lol
