Damn at 16 I was running like 55 seconds and it took me until I was 18 my senior year to run 47-49 seconds. Them young guns something serious. Anyone child can do this if you discover that early natural speed when they like 5-8 yrs old and start training them in AA. That's how I got faster but I also got smoked a lot but I was a force in my 3a district.

If you have anyone in your life advocating for trans women competing in women’s athletics, show them this video. Two 15-16 year old high school boys running way under a professional woman’s world record that has stood for almost 40 years. A record, incidentally, that’s widely regarded as the most drug-tainted on the books.
The size, strength, muscle density, VO2-max, tendon insertion, and leverage advantages enjoyed by men don’t magically go away after a couple years of estrogen therapy. I’m glad the IAAF did the right thing on this issue.
