I did a test where I ate Ezekiel bread for breakfast for a week. My joints hurt so bad at the end of the week... I could barely move without excruciating pain. I wouldn't suggest Ezekiel bread at all for people who are wanting to reduce or eliminate lectins from their diet.

The reason why a lot of the dry powdered cheeses cause stomach discomfort is because it contains raw flour as a filler. Also, parmesan was meant to be enjoyed in very sparingly, low quantities, as a garnish. It's rarely the star of the dish. In that case, it's perfectly fine to eat.
