@@juliel8720 That is so frustrating! Do you track so you can review what you are eating? Most of the time it is just your body needing a pause but sometimes there are things that can be tweaked to get moving again.

Absolutely! I bought temporary ring sizer things on Amazon then when I got to my goal weight I had them sized. Down 1.5 sizes.

I listen to my hunger cues- at this point I eat every 3-4 hours, some days more, some days less.

I don't- after about a year I started drinking with meals again, but just sips. I wait to "guzzle" my water for several minutes.
I'm on a stall .... I'm 5 month post op started last month.

Did you eat these things before surgery?
I ate a lot of different foods before surgery. The main thing in my eating that has changed is less simple carbs.
