If you do get the clamp off, do not dispose it. Keep it as you could be charged with theft.
I did that to the exact same car rhis morning, let again out, turned lock handle to the front abandoned pulled it off, you can also take wheel off for a quicker result
FYI, these locks can indeed be wiggled off. They're not a viable way to take control of the car. To make wiggling them off easier, you'll have to jack the car up. Takes five minutes to jack the car (If you're using the one that comes with the car) and less than a minute to wiggle them off.

You may not know the history behind this. I had unfairly clamped on parking tickets due to the council providung wrong information on resident permit application
Put the spare tyre on and use a lock pick set to remove the clamp without damaging it thus avoiding any chance of a criminal charge
Put on the spare tire, take inside and use an angle grinder.

There are clamps that cover the bolts so you can't remove the wheel

I have removed one using a 9 inch battery powered Makita angle grinder. Took about a minute.
