  • This was a short trip taking the boat up to our new property off the Myakka River. First time fishing in this large wildlife preserve that backs the creek.

      I usually use 2500 or 3000 series reels

      @@CharlotteHarborFisherman damn I have a shimano sienna 2500 I would be nervous with that size and powerful fish lol , I have a 6’6 rod maybe that is is , what rod you have ?

      @@SkyNetGeneral- I use a 7’6” rod usually. Those Jacks are no joke thankfully I was it pretty open water.
