Want to learn how to apply mustache wax like a boss? Well in this video tutorial I will show you how to use mustache wax and get the most out of it.
The Beard Baron mustache wax is made up of 3 main ingredients. They are beeswax, lanolin, and jojoba oil. These are all natural ingredients as some mustache waxes contain petroleum based products such as petroleum jelly or Vaseline. To me it's important to use an all natural wax product when you are using it so close to your mouth and nose.
For those of you new to the mustache game, Lanolin, is a natural wax that comes from the wool of Sheep. It has waterproofing characteristics which leads well to it's use in mustache wax.
The real key to properly distributing mustache wax is the use of a mustache comb. While it is ridiculously small it performs a task that no other comb can. This is critical to evenly distributing the wax in your mustache to avoid clumping of wax in the hairs. It makes life so much easier and simple.
In this tutorial I demonstrate the various mustache styles that I wear regularly which include the "natural" look and combed to the side look which I use for when I'm going to go out to eat/drink. Also for fun I take my tips to a whole other level and show the power of The Beard Baron mustache wax.
Featured in this mustache video is Wildwood Mustache Wax and Mustache Comb which can both be found and purchased at TheBeardBaron.com

I love these videos! I've grown my beard out several times sometimes for a year at a time but never used oils, balms, wax, ect...because I didn't know how to apply them or how they worked and now that I do I'll probably shop around for some...I also love the mustache comb!

I just purchased 4 tubes of wax and a replacement comb from your store today. Can't wait to get. I purchased a moustache comb in 1986 at the Brookstone in Cobly Square. I loved and used that comb up until last year. The teeth finally fell out. I have to say it's a necessary tool of a stash trade.

I use the Citrus Bay and Wildwood waxes and would recommend both. The hold isn't too stiff; in fact the waxes actually seem to soften the hair a little bit while holding it in place very well.

I shaved the middle party of my stache and I kinda wish I didn't now. It doesn't look bad just want my moustache to be fuller. I'm debating about just letting the middle grow back in. Looking forward to your moustache trimming video. Keep b up the awesome work man.

Hey Beard Baron. I need your help. I've been lost in the products what I can buy to my beard. I started to grow it in the end of February and its length is now enough long to think about the caring. I read about shampoos and conditioners, oils and waxes but I don't know I need all of them or just some. How often do you wash your beard (like your hair - with (beard)shampoo)? after washing do you apply any shampoo-like conditioner (I mean you apply it and wash it off after 10 minutes) or after washing you put on beard oil (= evaporating conditioner?) to your beard? And there comes the wax and shaping your beard to your style?
So I am curious how often do the process and what are the stages and what are the products what you use?
    Thanks for your time!

When would you say is a good time to start using wax? My 'beard' is
aroun 5 weeks old now. My strongest asset is by far my moustache,
closesly followed by my under neck and along the jaw line. My moustache
is a little wild atm, i currently use an all natural styling product to
help tame the strays out to the side, and a little bit of 'dax' on the
very end to get a bit of a point as it seems a shame not to take
advantage of the tache as my facial hair currently stands! Thanks!!

Mine does a similar thing so I wear my ends a bit flatter so they match better. I find it easier to lay it flat than trying to curl it. Then again I have a lot of hair it's hard to train a curl.

Excellent video that convinced me try using moustache wax myself. Do you use a moustache wax remover or do you just use soap and hot water?

I do have a question for you because I've been looking for a natural product like this for quite some time do you have a sample of your mustache wax that I could try or have? I would really really appreciate that please let me know thank you so very much

Hi Chris, thank you for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed my video! Unfortunately, we do not have any mustache wax available to sample. I think our Mustache Wax would be a great fit for you! Definitely check out some of the reviews on our website to help you make an informed decision!

I love your vids man. I have an issue. this is my second time growing my beard out, the first time it was about 6' below my chin..my issue is with my mustache...I have never grown it out fully, I am using mustache wax, but I am having a big problem with wild hairs going into my nose, the wax doesnt seem to last all day and even a few minutes after i apply it the wild hairs come back into my nose...omg that is so annoying...I love my beard and would love to grow an epic mustache but I can't seem to get past that point (nose poking) so I trim it up. suggestions about getting past "nose poking" the nose hairs that poke my nose are anywhere from 1/2' to over an inch long
