That 8 hours of sleep sounds so nice *wipes away a tear* I've recently developed a muscle twitch just below my left eye and one of the doctors at the clinic I work in told me its from lack of sleep. So I have to do better! Thank you for reminding us of the importance of healthy sleep!

The world is still in COVID mode and your videos are really inspiring me to stay active and productive (and also serve as a nice mental break between tasks). Point of the comment: I use the Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen. It's 40 spf and its a gel texture instead of a lotion so it glides on really easy and it feels like nothing on the skin. It also has relatively no scent at all. If you're like me and you hate the smell and feel of sunscreen I highly recommend giving it a try. Love that. I think having a special morning routine is so important to set the right mindset for the day. I have never done that. I just jumped out of the bed and was stressed about how I get all things done that day. Now I take little bit more time, get up earlier just to get myself in a positive mindset and that I eat healthy food this day and go to the gym. It really helped me ☺️☺️

And they don’t care about us as much as we’d like to think they do. For me, this was the best realization. People don’t remember what you wore or said nearly as much as you think about it. Let’s stop obsessing and taking ourselves so seriously.
