    Super helpful. I haven’t ran track in roughly 5 years and it isn’t what I’m focusing on with my training, but to have the bank of information from an athlete of your caliber is powerful tool. You’re doing so much for people, thank you ❤

    my track coach didn’t even show us how to do these, so i had to quit cus i wasn’t improving at all and injured myself cus i did everything wrong. thank you for these videos, i’m gonna be going back to running because of you!

    with B-skips, i just want to elaborate! my coach taught us this a few years back but the goal is to PULL your leg all the way through, not straighten it. the force of you pulling will straighten it, but you want to pull/push down, not kick out. this teaches you proper form especially for sprinting.

    I used to run 20 to 25 miles a week, but I haven’t run in six months due to injury. Pretty sure I’m healed now and this is making me want to get back out there and start running again.

    Been running for a while now but use to get fatigued very easily. Seriously don't know how I stumbled upon your videos, but after incorporating your techniques into my running style, I already see a lot of improvement in distance running.     I'm new to running and i found your channel super helpful. For how long do we do these drills prior to running ? I have never done any so i think my technique is awful and that's probably why i'm in pain all the time
