Grazing Pig Planted Barley Grass! (Symbiotic livestock management)

Getting the spring graze started by moving the cattle over barley planted by overseeding pig pastures the winter previous.

The native grasses (orchard grass, fescue, clovers, etc..) come back up through the Barley later in the spring. The reason we overseed with Barley is it will grow all winter, gives an earlier start to our grazing season and is cheap.
