So now that you're getting into home brewing will you be reviewing your own beers on the channel? Or maybe sampling them out to other beer reviewers to keep it objective? Could be playing with fire as you've made enemies of a few of them🤣
Well that's actually assuming that I brew anything LOL!. If I've made enemies of other beer reviewers, I'm not aware and there's a fair few that I actually respect. If they have a problem with me they've not made it known to me.

If you are going to do a kit I suggest the MCR Pilsner Lager all grain kit. Though it is from oop norf not daarn saaf and only one gallon.
