Thank you so much for these exercises that DOESN'T USE EQUIPMENT NOR MEDICINE. Many people cannot afford equipment nor pay for meds that destroy other parts of the body. I started trying these exercises right away and can feel some relief, especially the door exercise! My pain was almost unbearable when I started searching and you came up first, thank God! Can you please show exercises for pain in the arms/hands due to arthritis? Thank you very much.

Hi Dr Rowe, thanks so much for the great video. I've been suffering pain in my lower back for a while now, the door exercises certainly have given me a lot of relief also along with the side sciatica exercises. Thank you sooo much for this video! I've had low back pain from arthritis for 20 years. Today I thought to search for PT videos for my aching back, and thank God yours was up on top! The first exercise was similar to what I used to do in my 40s every morning to warm up. Now, at 72, the arthritis is advanced. I felt such relief from my low back pain today from doing just the first exercise, I was able to do my gardening for over an hour pain free! Thank you again!

    Hi,
I can do these exercises easily but, is it ok if the stretching and movements cause pain? I fell 30’ when on a staircase, it collapsed. I have many back issues including osteoarthritis which is very bad. I was told by around age 60 I could loose my legs. I just turned 59 and my gluteus maximus gluteus minimus and hamstrings quickly fatigue and shake and I fall. I don’t want to sit in a chair so I’ve been working my core muscles and I look fit but it’s an elision, as to what’s going down.

Great video! Can you make one for hip arthritis? I have a disk bulge and hip pain is keeping me from doing much of anything, including stretching and strengthening. I had to discontinue physio and my Chiropractor won't adjust my hips because I'm acute. Thanks for making these great videos!

These exercises are good for that too, since they're focused on keeping the back straight.
