This is my first time commenting on ANY video on YT. This was awesome. I’ve done so many routines on other channels and have ended up with a grumpy back and searching for the next video fix. This is a thorough and common sense routine. I’m not sure if it’s the order of the exercises or what, but it’s the best I’ve ever tried. Thank you!

Thanks for this great program. I am a 72 years young bowler, and suddenly I had hamstring, it band, lower back pain. My bowling was suffering as I was! Finally the doctor did X-rays and saw some DDD. I started physical therapy and the exercises are/were helpful. 6 months of various things. But I wanted to do more at home ( although several exercises are repeats with variations). You do the smooth moves instead of going to one position and holding for a while. Both types are fine, for different purposes. Now, I turn on your video, easily stretch out, and feel great. Back to bowling with no pain. Of course, it’s not perfect, nor a cure, but I’m able to continue what I live to do. I’ve recommended this to my bowling pals.

Was told I have DDD at 25, back fully gives out about once a year which is horrible mentally, physically, financially. First time it happened I was 13 and the last time I was 10/10 pain, saw stars and black for a few seconds, full grown man scream it was bad. I’ve seen results with chiro work and massage but ultimately the relief is very temporary. It’s been 3 years since that last one thank god but I just never feel right. Been using this video for a few weeks and man I haven’t been able to function without pain in over 10 years. 32 now and refuse to take this as a life sentence. Thanks for the simplicity it’s easy to follow everyday.

I’m not sure whether the rounding of the back in Cat-Cow (the Cat part) is helpful to me - it doesn’t cause any pain but I’m worried it may worsen the disc bulge. I’ve been doing Cobra stretches instead to “push” the disc back into place. I look forward to hearing your thoughts, thanks again
