My husband and I ( Earlyish 50's 😉) have just started our boating life...3 children in their 20's so we thought we'd give it ago, not full time yet as renting a house but have our lovely boat now, watching how you both manage the challenges is inspiring and you're helping me to feel braver about the whole thing. Love to you both. You both make me laugh and you both make me cry. You are so humble and don’t ask a lot in life. I look around at other ungrateful people and think to myself how much they could learn from you too. But I still would like you to be a bit tidier lol!! 🤗
Well done with the desk top/change table/bed & managing to get it in! The sage green paintwork is very nice & the same as my bathroom! Do you have a bathroom/shower/toilet? What about a washing machine? ….Did I miss those videos? At least babies just want to eat & sleep at this stage….but Mum you have to take it easy too! Take good care all of you, Love Aunty Chris xxx

Really love you guys...love how you work together to get things done..well done for the painting and fitting in of the new desk..Id be a bit worried myself of a bed being any height with a young child and maybe wonder if a fold up travel cot would be a good plan ? I was short of space myself for my grandchild so invested in a travel cot which could be folded away in the daytime and lasts quite a while really until they are so big they can easily climb out of it themselves haha..all the best for finding some solutions as the little man grows..wow they grow so fast dont they !!
I love the way your boat is coming on, I have to admit I'm super jealous of your Iron Heart. I have my ideal boat design that I wish to get built once my boys have flown the nest, and it has an Iron heart at the centre so I was buzzed to see you guys installing yours. Enjoy this wonderful time of life with your baby Joe. Time goes quick, and they grow fast, rinse every moment.

Remember to put a side guard on the desk so the little one doesn't fall off. I'm sure you already know this but just saying in case. Also get some padding so he doesn't bump his head against it. He will be right next to the window so you will need black-out curtains too I imagine.
Desk looks great. I’d consider some sort of fold down bed over it, rather than clearing it and making up a bed every night. We had a camper with a bed that pulled up to the roof?
Ah thanks for finding us and welcome along ✨✨ his room/office is beyond the living space (behind the fire), then it goes bathroom and then our room. We'll do a tour video when we've finished the build... Although we're a little off that 🤣
So as an ex yachty we had an exterior deck box which was basically a shoe box that was weather proof and lived outside that we put all our outside shoes in and a pair of inside shoes so no trapesing mud inside….just an idea :)
Love the colour on the walls, do you have windows open when you're painting as that helps disperse any fumes & you should always have good ventilation in any case. Nice desk/bed.
You hire by the hour so choose the amount you think you'll need... It got booked up by someone else for the end of our slot 😬😬 luckily we were only five minutes late for them but the charge comes automatically!
PLEASE PLEASE NEVER ever drink hot drinks near your baby. It's so dangerous and it only takes a split second for your little one to get third degree burns from a split drink. I know it sounds negative but my brother has these burns from having a hot drink spilt over his body.

Space is the bugger. I got a 40L storage box and stuck it on my roof. Works for me 😂 probably get another and cover them with floral lol

The desk is flat packed so in future just undo the screws holding the furniture together the more you do the easier it will become.Good luck guys
Would have been easier if it was, but it's not flat pack. No screws in sight, just glue and panel pins.
