HI, Friend.
- Check the 3rd wire, it must be FORMED Mold shape completely
( Mold must be Cone Shape ).
- Check the #4 Clip Timing
Hope this could Help.
Thank you so much for Watching and Supporting to my RUclips Channel.
This is customer requirement and it is grip of hand
What would the fifth station be used for?
You can use the last station for trimming. Some parts they trim a hex rather than form one.
Hello brother
In the last u said that no cooling oil use
Then which type lubricant need on wire
And what will problem if u used cooling oil
I try putting cooling oil to the Molds is good but Hexagon Pin Puncher only last 10K , then when stop the Oil it produced 30 - 50K pcs... but if use Stainless Steel wire it's better to use Cooling Oil or the Molds will break... I hope this could Help, Thanks for your support.
Even for stainless along with traditional automotive 10/10 wire, we typically only run coolant oil on the 1st station in a nut former, or the cut-off station on a part former......The issue with oil further down past the 2nd station is , most dies can't effectively vent alot of oil (oil can't be compressed) and if the oil gets trapped in the corners of the die, it will crack the dies....Also if your piercing a hole through the part, the oil back flows at high speed and actually 'tears' the hole creating a 'blown hole'. A blown hole can cause upraised metal on the finished part.
