    Good shoutout on the passing being underrated…got easily overshadowed by her unlimited range. MUST SEE TV EVERY TIME SHES ON

      Two of the first passes shown were bad. Balls the defenders got more than a small touch on. Once the defender gets that much of a pass, it's very lucky to have it connect.

      I really don't want to be a hater... But most of those highlight passes are getting intercepted in men's basketball. They go through because of short wingspans and lack of athleticism.

      She is no Magic and no female version of Magic. She is a great shooter. She is no Curry, either, because Clark plays defense and hustles the whole game. That does not describe Curry. She is also a female, so she cannot be compared to any male player.

    Reminds me of Steph in that she is notably more skilled than literally everybody else she is playing against in some particular ways. Steph was so much better at shooting 3 all over the floor that everybody else had to up their game and it became more normal.

    Caitlin is so good that she has a chance of making ppl watch the WNBA. The NBA needed Magic/Bird to lift the league from tape delayed finals to live games on TV, and then needed MJ to take the league to the moon.

    Wow. This is my first time seeing her film. She's basically the female version of Steph Curry with the passing ability of Steve Nash. She's super impressive and I am blown away by her timing with her passes and her ability to shoot.

    As a 6’ point guard, she lacks his size, rebounding and post-up game, but there are many, many, many strong parallels. She’s also a throwback in that she forces a very uptempo game.

    I think an underated thing about her is the size of her hands. Her grip on the ball allows her to throw those passes without slowing down, and it helps her in her drives as she is able to protect the ball from defenders. Add her god-like shooting with this and she is a one-woman offensive engine. I hear people give her Bird/Jordan comparisons but in terms of playstyle i think Luka/Steph is the best comparison.

    Really cool breakdown and I'm glad she's getting the attention. There's still a lot of room for the woman's game to raise the floor to another level and it feels like this next generation of players might make that happen.

    WAIT! Pete Maravich could only play 3 college years. Freshmen could not play. AND no 3-point line.
    He averaged 44 points/game, Clark 28. He averaged 1,222 points per year, Clark 988 per year.
    Total college games played Maravich 83, Clark 139

    I was just arguing with someone claiming Juju Watkins is “miles better” than CC. Juju is an amazing talent and has more physicality and better defense but miles better?? He said her career college numbers mean nothing lol Being the all time leading scorer for your College sport means nothing? lol
    Even tried claiming Clark wasn’t playing as good in her Freshman season. I made sure to drop the stats where Juju average two more points but Clark has significantly better efficiency and a much better distributor.
    I don’t like comparing players when I love watching both of them play but people just hate on Clark. I can’t stand when someone is being loud and wrong.

    She's not changing the game. Steph did that. She is emulating him. Steph started in the NBA when she was around 8 years old. Her shot looks literally just like his. Give her credit for doing well, but do not give her credit for changing the game. That happened a decade ago.

      I mean flase but ok. She likes Steph yes and watched him growing up but she only shoots logo 3s because her college strength coach had her working on them to build muscle. She became so comfortable draining them she started releasing them in games. Really didn’t have anything to do with Steph curry. She said she grew up looking up to and trying to imitate maya moores game. Maya Moore was a generational player as well.

    It is amazing how many times she commits a traveling violation prior to taking a shot but the officials don't have the guts to call TRAVELING on her. She also likes to push off....since she always gets away with that as well. Comparing her to Pete Maravich is like ridiculous. If the 3-point shot had existed when he played he would have scored over 5000 points in just 83 games.
