- Healthy Oil-less Tilapia Okra or Okro soup with yellow banku worth trying. Full with flavour, colour and taste. This okra recipe is very simple to prepare but taste amazingly great. add great taste to your meals by trying this recipe. Always remember life without Christ is full with crisis.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Fresh Okra/Okro
2 big Fresh Tilapia
Cow hide/Wele/Kpomo
7 pcs of crab
2 pcs dried herrings
Thumb sized fermented fish
1 Meduim Sized Tomato
1 Meduim Sized Onion
1 Meduim Sized Green bell peppers
2 tbsp of powdered pepper
1 cup Blended Onion, Ginger, Garlic and shallots
Maggie Tablet (Optional)
Salt to taste
