Agree. They make the phones to hard to change the battery and also the screen. Back in the old days you could change the battery from the back without even opening the phone. They should make the phones like a sandwich, screen - middleboard - battery and make it possibly to change screen and battery easier.
With experience you learn to do it quick and easy I used to have your mentality 2 years ago.

I went to an apple store service and they told me that for the replacement of the battery is above $200 because is mandatory to replace the speakers also.
Will replacing the battery show the battery health?,Since Apple now has to match the battery to the iPhone XS
If you have the original battery you can take out the fuel gauge chip on the original battery and then spot welded on to the replacement battery this would solve that issue.

General question what will happen if someone didn't put adhesive back in the battery?
It will probably rattle and could become lose over time or nothing and it might work fine
The adhesive helps heat dissipation into the metal body. It’s not just for fixing.

Help...After changing battery(original) on XS. I can't check battery health in setting and showing "Service". Anyone got any clue how to fix it
You need to have the original battery and you need to pull out the fuel gauge chip and spot welded on to the new battery.

Nope not unless you add the new water/dust repellent seal onto the housing before finally closing the phone back up
