Anyone who say’s Noel “can’t sing for Toffee” is missing the point. Him and his Bro might not be great technical singers, but in rock or independent music that does not matter. What matters is, does it sell, and do the people like it, and can it be marketed well to make money for all concerned. The fact is where these lads are concerned the answer to those questions is yes. These boys shift records. Always have and always will. So the argument of whether he can sing or not is a non starter.

...and besides technique is not everything... there are tons of people in the world, with great technique, and zero talent. I don't mind if one's not a perfect singer, but is able to put some spirit into the whole thing. It makes it alive, not technique in itself.

oasis has never been the same without bonehead and gigsey, now we've got gem archer who thinks he's john lennon and a bass player so skinny he fits in his own bass case. in the mid 90s the band were just them selfs ,they never cared what they looked like or what people thought, they just went out and got on with it, now when you see them they look like their ready to do the cat walk. unless oasis start putting some proper rock songs together they can refund us fans for there last two shit albums
