Great recipe but there are two things I'd do differently: 1. Always pound the chicken breast so that the thickness of the meat is even. It cooks evenly and also tenderises the chicken. 2. Add oil to the cold pan and then let it heat up. Adding oil to a hot pan burns the oil.

Donno if you'd be coming back to a video you up loaded ~3 yr ago, but, if you do reply, you hv definitely got me curried! 🤣 How many minutes were the chicken steaks cooked for (in the grill pan, both sides), and does that cook time give us a well-done but juicy steak? If less than well-done, pls advise needed time. (Just hate a steak done less than well! Yeah, yeah, i know, that makes me a lot less than a connoisseur, but, who cares.... that's how I like it!). Thanks!
