Man I finally get it! It's been such a struggle grasping this concept. Thank you for making this!
We watched this in my film class today. We were told we would be seeing a lot of you in the future. My reaction: Yay, another Bill Nye the Science Guy! (I don't get why people dislike him. :/ ) Anyway, I started laughing during class when Jim Vaylin and Magic Fergie pretended the bananas were phones. I think that was probably the best part. XD I should consider the 180 rule more when filming scenes. Thank you. :)
Awesome!
Loving your videos... If you are still out there, I thank you deeply for your simple, well explained and to the point videos. Would love to watch more, bro.

Really cool video. I saw Matthew Santoro liked it, so I decided why not and now, you have a new subscriber.
Excellent! Thanks for the sub! I'll try to keep providing top-notch content!
So , this is the last?

Thanks! Keep providing great topics and I'll keep making great videos!
thank you so much. its really easy t understand :3
Brilliant explanation as always Jon. Quick question: A guy I used to date always mentioned actors who "break the fourth wall", but he could never adequately explain it to me. Would that be good content for a video do you think?
Absolutely. I'll cover this in a future video!
"Every single Monday!"

Come back
really informative video :)
thanks alot this really helped :p
So if you do an OTS does it matter? Can you go on a different shoulder or must you stay on one side?
Always stay on the same side of the line, even with Over-The-Shoulder shots. I should have included more examples in the video, but the rule states that as long as you are on the same side of the line you should be fine. Always keep your actors looking the same direction. Notice in the "correct version" in both the close-up and wide version, Jimmy is looking screen right. Magic Fergie is always looking screen left.
One time I was watching a movie where the camera literally took like 2 minutes to show to other person's face. I got obnoxiously anxious.
That's more about pace. This is a huge topic that falls under the broad topic of "editing".
It’s been 6 years since he last uploaded 😔
If only we could know what those two handsome men were discussing...
If I recall, it was a deep and meaningful debate on salt versus pepper, a metaphor for good versus evil, light versus dark, in this complex and ever-changing world.
is he still alive?
need better sound
You haven't uploaded for 4 years
Not trying to sound harsh but it feels like he's steeling off FilmRiot, such as the intro.
Banana
Pancake!
It's less than 5 minutes
Nehru Pry It sure is!
I've seen much better tutorials then this. 4/5 Stars from me.
