Fearless cat goes after swamp stork!

Yep Prim is always pushing her luck and has used up most all of her 9 lives! This is Prim our fearless cat who loves hanging out in our rural Southern Illinois back yard and this time she pushed her luck and challened a swamp stork, maybe blue heron? Whatever the case that thing could have speared her if it wanted to but I guess she thought that she knew what she was doing. And hey, she has survived about 12 years now so she is really slowing down! I have one of them fearless cats. I call him the Deer Whisperer. He will go out in the yard and approach them then after a bit calmly turn back towards the house and they follow him. It Is So 🤣🤣 to watch.

I got a photo of a Blue Heron one day at our local park and that sucker looked like he had been on steroids. They are pretty chill but I seen two in a fight and they can be rowdy for sure.

Well them beaks!! They would be pretty dangerous to Prim if it wanted to spear her! But she is staunch!! :)
