At first I thought that you hired Andrew Camarata but this machine was in way better condition. I bet the neighbors were having kittens. Great view view but looks like a rather distinguished neighborhood. Andrew, Matt (Diesel Creek) would be right at home in this neighborhood.
Amazing operator, that was impressive! We have Habitat for Humanity, Rehome stores that sell windows, doors, cabinets, vanities, etc. too bad those items from this home couldn’t have been recycled
Yes, plan is a renovation to a larger house (same foundation with additional garage foundation). Due to that, the modular design of this house would mean a lot of demo/headache to match to an addition.
_"Why didn't you save this, and why didn't you donate that?"_ says the bossy RUclips comments section. Nice job, can't wait to see the new build. But just make sure you do it to RUclips comments section standards this time ...okay? haha ha
that excavator is way too heavy for that trailer. I work in public works, if that excavator had been on our road, you'd be getting a bill for the repairs.
Can't wait to see the progress of the new build. Nice demo.
wow this guy was well prepared & planned accordingly...very efficient job.
Between the music, the machine, and view you'd think you were watching Andrew Camerata. Lol

At least he was nice enough to close the front door first

Nice job and really enjoyed the video!
Wow! That guy can pack a dumpster. Good work...

What kind of camera are you using? The quality is great
I use a GoPro Hero 7, works pretty well.
@@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC Good call. I’m gonna get one.
Seems like a lot of your neighbors do the same kind of work? Reply please
Always cool to watch demolishing videos. Curious though on the reason for demolishing what appears to be a decent house. Making it bigger?

Good job. The man that demolished the home has worked with you before? Y’all work good together.
Thanks. Yes, we did the tag team lawn install at my neighbors. Hopefully more work with him to come!

Haha yes, there is a lot more to it than "just saving it" costs money and time either way! I'll make sure to do it "right" on the next one haha!
@@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC Let's face it, it will never be right! lol
Demolisher? I 'ardly knew her
Nice
omg all those gorgeous windows...why didnt ya save those?
They were cheap windows and did not seal correctly. Most were at failure prior to demo.
You should have called that Habitat for Humanity and all the wood and everything the windows and the wood it would have been a good tax write-off
Wrong house buddy , it was the one on the right hand side 😂
Just saw this video.why would you tare this down.

Seems ridiculous to me to tear down a 15-year-old house. Must have tons of money to waste!!!
As someone from a third world country, that's just sad.
