It was so appropriate for you to start the video with something funny. But Lester, for the past week, my emotions have been a roller coaster. Just thinking about you and this feeling like a repeat of Harvey, my heart was breaking for you. You having to relive this again. You put out such powerful videos that I know many of us shed tears over. And I'm sure you probably shed a lot of tears too. You just made sure we didn't see them. But we know you too well Lester. And I dreaded you having to go through the barndominium because it holds a lot of memories for you. I'm so glad you have Jami to lean on. The two of you have really been through a lot this year. I think its natural to become emotional after the initial adrenaline dies off and the very hard work and lack of good sleep for days you are bound to hit the point of emotions once you take a minute and take in in the things that have changed your lives yet again. So dont apologise for being human Lester and having a really big heart because you are allowed to be emotional about things you love and lose ❤❤❤❤❤❤
It's understandable to be emotional and even catching yourself repeating yourself. I think it's all part of how trauma affects people. OMG! I heard Jami talking about this & it is hilarious!!! I needed this laugh today & so did you! The Sanctuary looks really good for just being flooded & you all have worked hard to clean it up. You are probably so emotional because you've reached a point where you have taken care of things that really needed to be done immediately & it's time for your mind to relieve the pressure....It's like when you hold your breath, & finally let it out. Plus, the barndominium has so many memories & was your home & it's difficult to say goodbye. Take the time to let it all out, cry, or whatever ...then your mind can start all over again. Don't be embarrassed at being emotional, it's part of what makes you so endearing, Lester. Badass one minute & a sort of crying sweetheart the next! If you all haven't found any snakes, you are so fortunate!
Flood waters are so nasty. I am sorry for the losses you have all endured, grateful no animals lost. It is so much work, your body went into "production mode" and now you can "release" your thoughts and emotions. I wish you all the best always.
You are right that this needs to be LE and Megan’s story. But I believe you see them and their strengths and challenges and will help them establish priorities to do and provide amazing guidance. And yes, just like others need help, they will absolutely need your help with not only establishing priorities but in the actual doing. I am so sorry you lost the barndominium. If you ever feel ready it would be really interesting to hear you tell the stories of some of the items from that space. It seems to hold more memories than any other space. Maybe some of those paintings etc can make their way to your big space attached to your apartment? To create a “survivor cave” apace in there would be super cool?
The well house is a miracle, thank you Lord. Lester be patient with yourself as you see things gone, and destroyed. Just deal with the have too things, that’s enough. Save some of the decisions until latter. You and Jamie give each other lots of hugs. And hug LE a lot. I’m praying God will show you His Will for you in all that you do. Praying for LE and Megan to seek Gods will in all their decisions too. Trust your faith. LE is a wonderful young man, a son to be very proud of. One day at a time, sometimes one hour at a time.

You know I grew up watching a show called this old house on PBS. I learned a lot of stuff about building things, wiring, plumbing and etc. from that show. I can do a little bit of everything, but I am a master at none of it.
Mr. Morrow I started watching your RUclips channel after you returned to your home after Harvey. I have watched you rebuild, expand, and now with your new properties. I know how much you love your family and how much blood, sweat, and tears into all you do. I am praying for you and your family daily.
Lester, just keep it. It's really really special & it means a lot to you. It's not just storage space. Keep photo albums, books, family mementos & paperwork, up high& i Everything else is not that important. Don't give up on the Barndaminium because if you feel this strongly about it, there's a reason for that. It's a place of cherished memories, hard work, hopes, plans & dreams & l think it should stay that way.

I cannot imagine how difficult this must have been for you, Lester. You have made so many memories there, ever since you converted it to a home from a barn, after Hurricane Harvey. Even I have so many memories of your time there. Watching you bathe baby goats in that tub was such a sweet memory, one that was full of laughter. You did an incredible job building that house. It was a great home for you, LE, and Lex. Losing something so priceless must be very difficult for you. Raw emotions are precious and I believe that we all feel your pain. Lester. My goodness what memories this must hold. I think it will be nice to get everything cleaned up. But for that barn. Make it a special place again for guests when they come to visit. Make it a dedication that you overcame the flood. That could be a future project after everything is finished in the cleanup projects. Time to ponder and think about what you would like it to be. Stephanie was so hilarious,trying to help with the calf. Laughter was needed. Emotional day for you but it maybe time to move on from the house Lester built. If no ones stays in the barndimium alot ,it probably be more needed as keeping feed in to protect it from the elements, nursery if needed, a treatment room,keeping the horse blankets along with the saddles that are in there. So much space that could be used for the good of the animals needs . Things are coming right along with the help of the Morrow Hill gang. Everyone that has worked hours on end should be very proud of the work ethic and accomplishments that have been done in such a short amount of time. ❤

That barn back then gave you the chance to rebuild, survive and you most certainly did, it's presence was everything that helped you make it but remember you have and look at all the animals and feathers you have and are still taking care of and loving!

I don't have friends or family to share my life with, but I am so thankful to have you all to share your lives with us. We love you, and we are all so proud of you. But I am absolutely disgusted by how many hateful and negative comments that obviously miserable and self loathing human dumpsters that there are in this world. Is there not enough hate in the world? Lester this has touched my heart so much. The love abd loss of a home and attempting to rebuild what was lost is hard. You have every right to feel the wzy you do. When my mom passed and we had to sell it, before I handed over the keys to the new owners I ask if I could walk through it one last time before they took it over. The song that built me by Miranda Lambert came rushing into my thoughts all the memories came flooding into my very soul.all my childhood, holidays anniversaries were in and around the one bedroom house that my daddy mama and we children help make it into a 3br 2 bath home. Graduations and my dad passing my mom ,sister and so many have gone. Its me now in my own home watching my great grandchidren grow into young adults. Our memories are where began, add to and decide how it might end. As for my 77 year old self my memories like you make me emotional, bring tears to my eyes but I am blessed to have lived the life I have. I have a memory here in your home that I'll never forget. The day Ringo was up on the couch, standing, looking like he was trying to change the channels on the TV! Stephanie was hilarious chasing the cows back home. That girl can wear many hats during a trying situation. Although this flood caused such havoc it gave us an opportunity to see the women on and off the hill... aren't just pretty faces!
I feel ya today Lester. We had tornadoes hit in Sullivan, Missouri yesterday. And today ,I guess wind sheer. Not sure tornado hit yet. Big trees fell over everywhere. And quite a bit of flooding here and there. It hurts when you lose your home from flooding. So many memories. But you have pictures and videos. And most of all you have your families. Rebuild it but last. Get all the "necessary " work done first. Strip it out of the water damaged things, let it totally dry out. Then fix the other things that are more important and then relax...You will know when you are ready to rebuild it. But you will regret if you don't rebuild it. Start from within, your living quarters and then work out from there.......barns, well house, supply area. Hire some high school kids to help with the cleanup. I will gladly come and help, seriously. I owe you for all you have done for me/us!!!!! Love you guys.
Lester , it's been an emotional roller-coaster ride for all of us as well. Watching all of the videos of the devastation ,all the damage to Papaw's and Gigi's . The look of terror on Alissa's face as they were leaving. The hurt and longing as Tina being away from her family wanting to be able to be there. The fear and confusion of the animals as the were being taken from their home to safety. I felt so sorry for Donkey Dan ,knowing he probably remembered Harvey. I'm surprised that all of the Morrows haven't just sit down and had a good cry fest, fill another dumpster full of tissues. So go ahead and cry Lester. And then thank God for what you have , then get back to work.
What is amazing to me is the blessing of having so much family there…and how you all help each other. I would so love to have family and land and animals…but we don’t, not close by. My husband is very sick with 2 incurable diseases, I have an injured back from 3 different car accidents many years ago. Our only daughter and her husband live 4 hours away and they have to drive over mountains to get here which get snow in fall, winter and sometimes in Spring. In my eyes you have so many blessings. I know you have difficulties. I guess I’m saying…we all need to count our blessings especially when it’s difficult.
Lester, if anyone deserves to feel sad it's you. You have been through so much & worked so hard to get to where you are today. You have a huge heart & are always giving to others. Take it slow & rebuild that barndominium into a beautiful place, like it was before. You are loved & so is Jami! 💜
Im so sorry for what yall have gone thru. I can and do relate. Live next to a creek, but 5 yrs ago, levee broke aft a storm, 7mi away. We had to be evacuated. Came home to a horrible mess. 18" of water in house. Lost everything lower level. Count our blessings Lester....we are all here. Loss is hard, very hard, but......
Lester, I’m more than willing and happy to listen to you vent. You are working through very powerful emotions. I’m glad you shared with us. We are your safe place. The barnduminium, like a Phoenix, will rise to the form needed at Ima Survivor Sanctuary. I’m pretty sure that most FANmily do not expect things to go back to normal right away. I think what we REALLY want to do is form work parties to come help or feed everyone. But, since it’s not workable, we’ll continue to pray for your strength, fortitude and safety as everyone rebuilds.

Too many days and nights of doing more than anyone should have to do. Exhaustion, worry, lack of sleep, and 2nd time around gives you the license to get very emotional! This past July my entire finished basement flooded in a freak rain storm that stalled over the area where I live. This is the first time in my life that I have ever experienced a flood. It's not a normal occurrence here on the East coast of Canada. I live in Nova Scotia. I totally understand the magnitude of the steps that go into the tear down and rebuild and the feelings of loosing things that can't be replaced. It is just a whole lot. Mine is still a work in progress. God bless you and your family for the strength, fortitude, positive attitude and outlook you all have after experiencing this repeatedly. I pray for you all to have the wisdom you need for a permanent solution that will eliminate it from ever happening again or at the least substantially minimize any event in the future. You put out such powerful videos that I know many of us shed tears over. And I'm sure you probably shed a lot of tears too. You just made sure we didn't see them. But we know you too well Lester. I think its natural to become emotional after the initial adrenaline dies off and the very hard work and lack of good sleep for days you are bound to hit the point of emotions once you take a minute and take in in the things that have changed your lives yet again. OMG! I heard Jami talking about this & it is hilarious!!! I needed this laugh today & so did you! The Sanctuary looks really good for just being flooded & you all have worked hard to clean it up. You are probably so emotional because you've reached a point where you have taken care of things that really needed to be done immediately & it's time for your mind to relieve the pressure....It's like when you hold your breath, & finally let it out. Plus, the barndominium has so many memories & was your home & it's difficult to say goodbye. Take the time to let it all out, cry, or whatever ...then your mind can start all over again. Don't be embarrassed at being emotional, it's part of what makes you so endearing, Lester. Badass one minute & a sort of crying sweetheart the next! If you all haven't found any snakes, you are so fortunate!
It is always ok to cry as you remember where you were in comparison to where you are at now. Memories last forever no matter what form they come in.

You are right that this needs to be LE and Megan’s story. But I believe you see them and their strengths and challenges and will help them establish priorities to do and provide amazing guidance. And yes, just like others need help, they will absolutely need your help with not only establishing priorities but in the actual doing. I am so sorry you lost the barndominium. If you ever feel ready it would be really interesting to hear you tell the stories of some of the items from that space. It seems to hold more memories than any other space. Maybe some of those paintings etc can make their way to your big space attached to your apartment? To create a “survivor cave” apace in there would be super cool?
The well house is a miracle, thank you Lord. Lester be patient with yourself as you see things gone, and destroyed. Just deal with the have too things, that’s enough. Save some of the decisions until latter. You and Jamie give each other lots of hugs. And hug LE a lot. I’m praying God will show you His Will for you in all that you do. You know I grew up watching a show called this old house on PBS. I learned a lot of stuff about building things, wiring, plumbing and etc. from that show. I can do a little bit of everything, but I am a master at none of it.

Mr. Morrow I started watching your RUclips channel after you returned to your home after Harvey. I have watched you rebuild, expand, and now with your new properties. I know how much you love your family and how much blood, sweat, and tears into all you do. I am praying for you and your family daily.
Lester, just keep it. It's really really special & it means a lot to you. It's not just storage space. Keep photo albums, books, family mementos & paperwork, up high& i Everything else is not that important. Don't give up on the Barndaminium because if you feel this strongly about it, there's a reason for that. It's a place of cherished memories, hard work, hopes, plans & dreams & l think it should stay that way.

What an amazing video. I have watched it on every channel you have shown it on repeatedly and belly laugh at Stephanie and the. Cry with you over your loss of the barndominium. You have an amazing story telling voice Lester and I do believe if you ever tired of making videos you could make a living narrating audio books. I have tried listening to some and the people they have narrating the books voices are not nearly as captivating as yours. Every video with you is a good video. Lester. My goodness what memories this must hold. I think it will be nice to get everything cleaned up. But for that barn. Make it a special place again for guests when they come to visit. If no ones stays in the barndimium alot ,it probably be more needed as keeping feed in to protect it from the elements, nursery if needed, a treatment room,keeping the horse blankets along with the saddles that are in there. So much space that could be used for the good of the animals needs .

That barn back then gave you the chance to rebuild, survive and you most certainly did, it's presence was everything that helped you make it but remember you have and look at all the animals and feathers you have and are still taking care of and loving!

I am so glad that you all have each other to hold each other up. I have cried, and laughed, and mourned, and giggled with the Morrow family for years, and normally I don't comment on videos, but this has been a blessing to watch, but heartbreaking to see happen to you all over again. I don't have friends or family to share my life with, but I am so thankful to have you all to share your lives with us. We love you, and we are all so proud of you.

Lester this has touched my heart so much. The love abd loss of a home and attempting to rebuild what was lost is hard. You have every right to feel the wzy you do. When my mom passed and we had to sell it, before I handed over the keys to the new owners I ask if I could walk through it one last time before they took it over. The song that built me by Miranda Lambert came rushing into my thoughts all the memories came flooding into my very soul.all my childhood, holidays anniversaries were in and around the one bedroom house that my daddy mama and we children help make it into a 3br 2 bath home. Graduations and my dad passing my mom ,sister and so many have gone. Its me now in my own home watching my great grandchidren grow into young adults. Our memories are where began, add to and decide how it might end. As for my 77 year old self my memories like you make me emotional, bring tears to my eyes but I am blessed to have lived the life I have. Stephanie was hilarious chasing the cows back home. That girl can wear many hats during a trying situation. Although this flood caused such havoc it gave us an opportunity to see the women on and off the hill... aren't just pretty faces!
I feel ya today Lester. We had tornadoes hit in Sullivan, Missouri yesterday. And today ,I guess wind sheer. Not sure tornado hit yet. Big trees fell over everywhere. And quite a bit of flooding here and there.
It hurts when you lose your home from flooding. So many memories. But you have pictures and videos. And most of all you have your families. That Lester is such a blessing. Hugs to you all. And God bless all of you.

Rebuild it but last. Get all the "necessary " work done first.
Strip it out of the water damaged things, let it totally dry out. Then fix the other things that are more important and then relax...You will know when you are ready to rebuild it. But you will regret if you don't rebuild it.
Start from within, your living quarters and then work out from there.......barns, well house, supply area. Hire some high school kids to help with the cleanup. I will gladly come and help, seriously. I owe you for all you have done for me/us!!!!! Love you guys.
Lester , it's been an emotional roller-coaster ride for all of us as well. Watching all of the videos of the devastation ,all the damage to Papaw's and Gigi's . The look of terror on Alissa's face as they were leaving. The hurt and longing as Tina being away from her family wanting to be able to be there. The fear and confusion of the animals as the were being taken from their home to safety. I felt so sorry for Donkey Dan ,knowing he probably remembered Harvey. I'm surprised that all of the Morrows haven't just sit down and had a good cry fest, fill another dumpster full of tissues. So go ahead and cry Lester. And then thank God for what you have , then get back to work.

What is amazing to me is the blessing of having so much family there…and how you all help each other. I would so love to have family and land and animals…but we don’t, not close by. My husband is very sick with 2 incurable diseases, I have an injured back from 3 different car accidents many years ago. Our only daughter and her husband live 4 hours away and they have to drive over mountains to get here which get snow in fall, winter and sometimes in Spring. In my eyes you have so many blessings. I know you have difficulties. I guess I’m saying…we all need to count our blessings especially when it’s difficult.

Im so sorry for what yall have gone thru. I can and do relate. Live next to a creek, but 5 yrs ago, levee broke aft a storm, 7mi away. We had to be evacuated. Came home to a horrible mess. 18" of water in house. Lost everything lower level. Count our blessings Lester....we are all here. Loss is hard, very hard, but......
Lester, I’m more than willing and happy to listen to you vent. You are working through very powerful emotions. I’m glad you shared with us. We are your safe place. The barnduminium, like a Phoenix, will rise to the form needed at Ima Survivor Sanctuary. I’m pretty sure that most FANmily do not expect things to go back to normal right away. I think what we REALLY want to do is form work parties to come help or feed everyone. But, since it’s not workable, we’ll continue to pray for your strength, fortitude and safety as everyone rebuilds.

This past July my entire finished basement flooded in a freak rain storm that stalled over the area where I live. This is the first time in my life that I have ever experienced a flood. It's not a normal occurrence here on the East coast of Canada. I live in Nova Scotia. I totally understand the magnitude of the steps that go into the tear down and rebuild and the feelings of loosing things that can't be replaced. It is just a whole lot. Mine is still a work in progress.
God bless you and your family for the strength, fortitude, positive attitude and outlook you all have after experiencing this repeatedly.
I pray for you all to have the wisdom you need for a permanent solution that will eliminate it from ever happening again or at the least substantially minimize any event in the future.
