Bo Katan doesn't deserve the Dark Saber again. She had it once and she failed maintaining ownership of the saber.

Clearly the creators know what will hit, you can see it in the atmosphere, music and performance. They know what is going to be a beautiful story.
What would be excellent was if they start the season with total filler episodes and pack ALL the amazing ones at the end

@@kenaboss4527 That's the only downside, then again, I don't see a reason to keep the filler episodes at all. Just have a shorter but punchier season
@@omsaxena116 My guess for why there's so much filler to begin with is I think Disney probably told the show creators to make more episodes so Disney+ would get more people watching weekly and also to give fans something to watch until mando and jedi survivor.

Re watched empire earlier and holy crap is it one of the best movies ever. Like everything in it is so perfectly paced and the writing is so incredible especially the stuff on Dagoba
Yes it’s simply a top notch film not just for SW but in general, notice how mature some elements are and rather gritty at that, while staying true to the rather simple but effective signature SW dialogue? Then compare that to Andor which attempted to be more mature and gritty similar to Empire but failed to actually feel like SW, must be really hard to capture that SW feeling, Filoni does seem to be able to do it though, makes sense since he’s GL’s apprentice.
@@George-um2vc I have a feeling Ashoka will be phenomenal and will bring all the prequel and original fans together. Dave faloni just understands star wars and he's sure as hell would have spoken to George about his show

Yeah he is just obnoxious when it comes to Andor & really Star Wars in general really.. I mean he literally quit watching & NEVER finished Andor but went the while 9 yards for She/Hulk & looks at it with an optimistic eye.
At least Andor had some thought put into it, unlike She hulk Which was basically an outlet for The showrunners and activists issues

My Theory:
Bo gonna cheap shot Din during an inevitable duel that Bo will force upon Din for the Darksaber but right as shes about to take it and finish Din off Grogu uses the force to push her and ignites the Darksaber killing her.
Bro imagine Grogu killing Bo with the darksaber lol. Sorry, I just thought that sounded funny.

She only have to defeat him to get the right to the dark saber, otherwise it's Gideon she have to kill.
I think its a great idea but i doubt they will Kill her off by the Hands of Grogu. He is a Toy aimed at younger Kids, making him the murderer of Bo would not really fit the current image.
We need puppets! The CG looks so obvious and it takes the main character communicating to the CG character out of it. The actors are able to work with something tangible and that is there in front of them. Special effects are great but I love seeing the alien puppets interacting with live action characters
Yeah.. that was such L takes by Theory and Marc. I mean for people who complain about SW not feeling like SW, they sure as hell didn't like one of the very things that makes SW feel likes SW even if those certain design were only made due to it's lack of technology.. those designs are now embedded in the webbing of the SW universe. If puppets are the thing that "breaks immersion" than both Theory and Marc would probably be shocked to see how much is actually puppeteered besides just characters.
I don't think Grogu looks like a puppet, I think he looks like a robot. His movements look so unnatural to me.
Also, CG characters often use human actors in motion capture suits as a base which would eliminate one of the problems you mentioned.
Imagine Grogu was CGI 😂 it would ruin the show. So much better as a puppet.

I thought the Mando season opener was very mediocre. We've once again brought back a dead character (IG 11) who died a heroic death and whose story should have been over. Maybe Andor just increased the expectations but the writing in general is really mediocre. Looks like another season of Mando doing sidequests, switch it up...

Going back this morning and watching this stream and there was a super chat that talked about the bad pirate voices which is fair. But I may be giving too much credit to Jon and Dave’s knowledge of real world pirate lore but there was a pirate named Charles Vane, and I’m thinking the character Vane from this episode might be a nod to him. Both are like first mates to ruthless pirate captains and so on. Really cool deep cut if the writers and directors did that on purpose

Theory doesn't do easter egg breakdowns because he's not as good at SW lore as he thinks he is. He mostly knows a lot of prequel information.

Watched the first part of this then tracked down George in Las Vegas, great stuff!
The cloned Luuke ended up on Ach-To. It got force powers but deteriorated mentally. Thrawn has the real Luke is in carbonite somewhere.

Me and a buddy of mine spend about six months creating a Star Wars card game. I don’t know if anyone here is familiar with the game Munchkin. There’s the original, a Marvel themed, Disney, all kinds. There’s no Star Wars version though. UNTIL NOW! We spent A LOT of time and effort into it, got a company to print it out for us. It’s super fun. It’s a total of 374 playing cards and then about 20 more larger print cards that it takes to play. So hard to summarize it because it’s a complex game. But.
Essentially you have a character. You gather more and more cards to build up your character to be more powerful, and you fight the bad guys of Star Wars to level up.
What a great stream great to see Marc again. ❤

About the Disney plus losing money. It sounds so freaking weird. Disney+ has around 160 million subscribers and let's say everyone has the cheapest subscription of 8 bucks a month. That means that Disney gets around 16,7 billion dollar each year. So if they are losing around 1.5 billion a year, they must spend around 18,2 billion dollar a year. That is insane amounts of money.
Completely disagree with Josh on everything. At least watch andor before reviewing it. Also it’s the only Disney Star Wars with good character development and story. Good to see Marc spittin truths on mando though 😂

Adam Silver is the best commissioner in sports, he is the predecessor of David Stern. Both of them turned not only the NBA In a household league/sport. Both of them took over when the league was in low points and turned it into the best sports league in the country if not world.

Stop the puppet hate, they are fine. yeah Lucas wanted Yoda to look better, but that was also because the technology finally caught up to what he had envisioned. The same thing has happened with Puppets. Puppets and monsters, and creatures now days look amazing, with a touch of cgi damn near real.
I don't understand this "its takes me out of it" mind set. its like if a puppet takes you out of star wars, were you ever actually that invested in the showing to begin with? Even as Kid I understood, that Yoda was a puppet, but I still saw him as a real character, thanks to the work of Frank and his team. Even to this day, when I want to just sit and enjoy the films, the thought that he is a puppet actually will never cross my mind, unless someone like my daughter asks me a BTS question or the like.

I disagree with the puppet usage. I think that’s brilliant and especially when they mix cgi with the puppeteering makes it look real.

2:47:25 good topic at hand. Early in the video theory you say that the reason for your high prices is because the high quality, high tier and the materials that make the product. Then at this logged point you then say i dont want to be branded as high end we are just having fun and learning and essentially jus trying to give good product to customers. You have to realize when you have that price point you are whether you like it or not branding as high end---your prices stipulate as much. You cant be coy and modest when discussing the product but then the price is gangbusters and feels like the hilt should be made of crystals. I get it your not a corporation your just a small buisness relative to disney so the prices are going to be hiked up to cover overheard and future projects but when you relate to fellow youtubers or streamers or people in your field who are trying to make the same amount of content(minus the vader movie) its pretty apparent how your 3.3 mill is pretty lucrative and you should theoretically be secure enough to give back to your fans in the form of lower prices but i doubt that will come to fruition because of (insert guess here) . Your just in the early stages of being another cog in the capitalistc machine of high prices for not less than but pretty much the same quality as the $200 ones just for monetary gain.

I don't get these guys, Andor is the best star wars done in years. I and I love the original movies and think the prequals are just fine. And for me it felt really good. So i guess Andor is made for us smart people. Lol. It's okay not like Andor, but can't understand how Josh even can think she's hulk is less bad than Andor. That's just crazy talk. Andor is lightyears away in everything both in build up, story telling and acting that's superb.

Ive said this before, but the world between worlds could be awesome, if it was done in the right way. My way would be, to make it, that the world between worlds can only be opened once in a thousand years, and only one forceuser in the galaxy can open it. Ezra "Bridger". He is the only one who can make a bridge to that world.
