I love how he talks up all the "extras" that were done aftermarket, and how they increase the value ($2k aero kit). If I showed up to sell a modified car with the same aero kit,, those same "extras" would be deductions on the value from my trade in..
Hah yes that for sure happens no matter the dealer. I think if the mods are engine and paint correction/repair, the trade in value may go up a bit. But cosmetics, areo wings, carbon fiber... those are all subjective and a per customer preference.
That place in Dallas has always been the HIGHEST in prices. Did you hear him try to justify his high prices on the red C8? he was comparing to a 2024 pricing of a C8 with the same options. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. they think your stupid.. i speed thru to something nice looking but laugh hard at their prices.
Another great video Mike. As to the C5 Anniversary Edition, wish it was a manual, but it being an automatic is not necessarily a deal breaker. IMO rather than have the Magnaflow exhaust, I would have put on the Corsa Extreme exhaust which I've had on my Vettes. As to the wheels, I would never get rid of the factory wheels, but for this C5 I'd have to go with chrome wheels even though now my favorite is Carbon Flash which I now have on my GS. As to the Blue C6 ZO6, the Borla exhaust does sound good. Very good. 👍👍 I do like the aesthetic mods done to it as well. As to the Silver C7 ZO6, the Spice Red is really the only red that I'd go with, and it goes very well with the body color. Sure wish it was a manual though.
I called about the insurance and they had a real attitude! I called about insurance for a new C8, perfect driving record but it seems they wanted a daily driver for every one in the home.
What are you talking about? This is Corvette World, we sell Corvettes, not Insurance. And NCM insurance doesn't do daily driver policies so that doesn't make any sense if you're referring to them.
I’m sorry., you may have already answered or covered this, but I missed it if that is the case. I have heard that there is a Yenco/SC C8 corvette with a thousand HP and that you can order it through your local Chevy dealer and Chevrolet covers it with a 3 year warranty. Does it come with the wide body that a Z06 and ERay has? To get that kind of power Chevrolet obviously had to make significant changes to the motor. What more do you know about this?
Great video. I am also from Chicago. In as much as BBQ has a different definition to Texans, Pizza is also defined differently to Chicagoans. Most Chicagoans are in the Lou Malnatis or Giordanos camp. Although many tourists go to Pizzeria Unos or Pizzaria Due. When you talk BBQ in Chicago, that usually involves bratwurst and Italian Sausage on a grill. Food aside, the cars up in the DFW store look great. I think the prices are more than competitive. Last point, I also agree with your point about heat soak on the ZR1. I have not seen it once yet. That said, my car has less than 3000 miles on it
38:30 I know everyone his own taste but I agree, chrome on wheels but on the rest of the car is a big no no because that s really old school especially on a C8. Kinda not compatible with the spirit of the car.
Just Before the pandemic Macmulkin Chevy in Nashua NH was selling all new C7s for 15% off msrp average across the board. They had 100s of C7s for sale. These prices are ridiculous. C7 interiors make you Dizzy in the summer from all the glue chemical smell in the cabin
The video is too shaky. I do not know if you are shaking the phone while you are recording, but it is too shaky and not clear. Maybe your phone has that automatic sharpening
Hey Robert , Where do you think the 2019 Z06 Manual low mileage prices are going to be in the near future? I can get a C8 Z06 below M.S.R.P real soon if things work out and not sure if I should be happy with my paid off C7 manual or take the plunge on the C8 Z06. It looks like the market has completely tanked on the C8?
If banging gears is a must, keep what you have. The C8 is insane quick and razor sharp in the turns, but no gear banging outside of the paddle-shifters. Both are awesome, but manuals are no more, so if that's a must for you, stay put. Values will remain pretty good, but the economy will determine where they fall.
Again MacMulkin Chevy nashua NH is selling 24 C8s 1lt for 65k after a 6k discount. Who in there right mind would ay almost 50k for a used 2014 C7 out of warranty over a new C8 discounted
I’m sorry but to me the c7 looks way better than the c8. The c7 looks like a corvette and the c8 looks like some kind of supercar… if it didn’t have the badge in it you couldn’t even tell. Don’t get me wrong the c8 looks awesome but I just think the c7 looks amazing
That ZO6 is garbage!!! Crazy miles and wear!!! Buyer beware!! Also, these prices are Crazy Locooooooooo 😂😂😂. It’s got more wear on it than Stormy Daniels. Gotta grab it by the backseat.
You come here to window shop the same as CarMax you go there as a last resort as they pretty much wants buyers to pay whatever they say no questions asked and get you on your way. You’re not negotiating deals here
@@aone7640 Well Carmax doesn't have expert techs going through their cars like we do. The Z06 is a dang good car. As I said in the video. some are judging by the mileage, not the actual condition.

Robert and Mike as the ultimate Corvette team.
Thank you!
Thank you 😊
Love how Robert justifies Corvette Worlds high pricing. And Mike.. He is a yes man. For content..
Mike is a creep

Your feeds are always so informative. Thank for posting.
The silver C7 Z06 w/spice is absolutely stunning. My favorite! Can’t imagine why it’s still there!!
Great video guys!!
Price for a used corvette and u do not know how the party drove it not a good deal !
You guys are good, criticize somebody on a live feed is lame. Interesting stuff, thanks
Rob, you did a great job in the video. Keep up the great videos.
Thank you!
The taller SC cover on the ZO6 also has larger cooling bricks under it.
Cool video guys 😎
Robert knows his game, the comlectible has not sold because of the color. he is right
I've never had a heat soak problem here in Las Vegas on a 2016 Z06 Z07. On the cup two tires still.

Definitely Mike. 👍👍

Loud and clear

Don’t agree with the pricing!!!
2019 Z06 manual were selling in 2020 brand new for $72K.
Good video Mike!!! Look forward to seeing your E ray!!!
I’ve been meaning to ask Robert why the hell does he park the cars so damn close to the walls

The prices really haven’t come down much so maybe in ten years or so I will be able to buy one!!!
38:30 I know everyone his own taste but I agree, chrome on wheels but on the rest of the car is a big no no because that s really old school especially on a C8. Kinda not compatible with the spirit of the car.
Makes it even more odd the previous owner didn’t put chrome wheels on it lol
Might be a good idea to de-chrome at least some that Red-Mist C8! Yikes.
Mike how is your transmission doing in your c8 since they fixed it. ??
You were saying two months ago that they would not be dropping further!!!
Damn right Carson’s ribs on ridge north side chi-town
THEY ARE THE BEST!
And east of Eden ribs off Cicero and Devon
We have the best food Rob
Next time I'm in Chicagoland, I'll try to stop by and try it. :)
Idk about 40 K with 78 K on the odometer
The one with chrome accents looks silly and actually takes away from the value.
Just Before the pandemic Macmulkin Chevy in Nashua NH was selling all new C7s for 15% off msrp average across the board.

Anybody who thinks that's not a beautiful C8? it's just not your 'cup of tea" I love it!
interest rates on used cars are through the roof.better off buying new
That C5 exhaust is weak. Should’ve put B&B Bullet exhaust on it
Or a set of Headers and high flow cats/midpipe would open it up a lot too.
I think the valves were closed, didn't they?
My 99 Surburban LT had that shale color interior. GM recycles colors quite often.
Is the white one still available
I’m only buying a car from them 👍🏽
Ncm insurance? What if I don’t want to put 6k miles per year on vette???
The video is too shaky. I do not know if you are shaking the phone while you are recording, but it is too shaky and not clear. Maybe your phone has that automatic sharpening

I want me a Corvette, but I’m afraid of the transmission problems that GM is having.

I am interested in the Pearl White 70th Anniversary edition. Please contact me if it’s available.
rather have a base at 65 new , which is out of my range

Yeah...no. Do some research. Our prices are excellent.
@@corvetteworldrob8586 if you say so 🤷🏻♂️
That ZO6 has been touched by so many people that it makes Stormy Daniels look like a virgin 😂😂😂. Grab it by the twoseat 😂😂😂
How the F are the C8’s relatively less expensive than the C7’s ..? 😮 😳
HEY! I'm almost out of lotion here! They're too hot!
“Trash Package” 😂
z51 has dry sump engine
Call vet world waterplace
not a fan of any red interior
These places have yuge inventory and no buyers
lol, they’ve sold over 700 C8’s since June of 2020. The owner has been doing this for 40 years, he knows the business inside and out.
haven't crashed? dealers are selling z06s for under msrp now.... the market has crashed.
way overrpiced. only suckers would buy at these prices.
A used 2022 C8 1LT for $75K is a lot. There is no depreciation? Ciocca Corvette in NJ sells them now at below MSRP. They have a huge inventory.
