    One translation of mindfulness, in Chinese, is “present heart.” In this guided meditation we begin by awakening through the body and the senses, and then open the attention to the changing flow of experience. The intention is to meet whatever arises with a wakeful and kind presence.

    Music is not for everybody, it can be also irritating, distracting or overwhelming to the others. There are various kind of music and some people may find it annoying.

    I love your meditations, I wouldn’t mind very soft background music, I have grown used to listening to it while meditating. It’s okay though bc it’s not long and you have a very soothing voice
