In newly released jailhouse calls from the father of the Oxford high school shooter, James Crumbley calls himself a martyr and makes several threats. His statements were so severe, a judge referenced the hateful behavior before sentencing him to 10 to 15 years behind bars. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie details exactly what he said.

While I dont condone what his son did... This is certainly a witch hunt... and is typical of where this out of control 'justice' system is heading. These type of shootings have been going on for a while now.... and yet these are the first parents to be brought up on charges. By this logic.... every crime that a minor commits the parents should be charged as well. This is a travesty and an overreach of the 'justice' system. The sad part is that such a large portion of the population is so out of touch with reality that it's easy to find jurors who will go along with this nonsense.
